But is he in the movie though? (Spoilertags please to avoid spoiling)

I have not seen the movie but it seems he is in it. He is also on the box sets for the CW sets so it's not really a spoiler.

The merchandise art of captain america is the same costume hes had since age of ultron minus the red, they have just chosen to be a bit creative with the patch on his chest for some reason.

Lego has not honored the costume change.

Could we please just not talk about anything that would require a spoiler tag for at least a couple of weeks? With the way spoiler tags don't always work on here (per J2G's post), having any part of the movie spoiled just for the sake of idle speculation about a set that may or may not be coming is just not worth it. Thank you.

And I'm done visiting this page...

I haven't read the spoilers, but I feel bad for those who stumble upon them. Let's wait for more details about the 4th set. As of now, I think this page should just be avoided. If there's nothing to talk about, then don't just comment on here.

While I haven't seen the movie yet, in all promotional material he wears his AoU costume minus some red on his chest. Why everybody thinks he will wear chain mail suit?

There's been some stuff like lunchboxes that has a chainmail armor.

Cap does not have chainmail in the movie

Couldn't find the Cap polybag at Toys R Us. Hopefully it'll be released there before the Lego Store promotion. Otherwise I might just do the promotion to get the polybag. Has anyone besides Just2Good found the poly?

Jangbricks did a review on it yesterday.

After seeing the film, realised the small inaccuracies in the sets. Nothing major, but I'll tag anyway

Crossbones set; the truck or bike don't appear as such, plus the Crossbones helmet is wrong, and Widow is in civilian clothes

Panther Jet; the jet appears for about 10 seconds in the movie, and not this scene. Also the vehicle Cap is riding is different than that of the film

Airport; absence of Agent 13, plus the Quinjet is used to escape, not to fight

Seriously. How about we all just stop using this thread for a while, or at least until the movie releases. We have nothing to dissuss, and spoilers for the movie are begining to arise.

Everything I asked about...the answers would be a spoiler! The answer would spoil the movie...so my question has been deleted by a mod. Hopefully I learn from this and do not do it again.

The movie has been realeased in some countries, and we have the sets that have been released and upcoming sets to discuss.

I really shouldn't say anything about the jet related to the movie, as it would be a spoiler but I have just built it and I really like it, and the jeep is cool as well and will go nicely with my SHIELD jeep I have.

Spoiler contained in the post!

I really need to stop asking questions on this forum related to the movie or the Mods are gonna put me in the Chamber...

Before I post again, I should really consider if the answer would give information directly related to the movie. And if it does...I probably shouldn't ask.

Spoiler question, next one...Chamber time!

As I said a few pages ago, DO NOT TALK ABOUT THE FILM.

That includes: NO SPOILER TAGS. I don't care if it's 'not really a spoiler' or 'minor' or whatever. Take it elsewhere. If you think it could go in spoiler tags, DO NOT POST IT.

It's really not that hard to just keep your fingers from typing things about the film. From now on I will delete any posts that I think come close to containing spoilers.

I like this. For real with the spoilers man.

That seems unreasonable.. majority of the world has seen the movie now. While it is unfair to Americans who haven't seen the film, it is also unfair to anyone who lives in Australia, the UK etc etc. who may want to speak on the film in comparison to the sets. Rather than have everyone not speak about it, surely letting those who have seen it, use spoiler tags (as from what i understand, that's what they are there for) seems okay. Considering if you are super serious on not having the film spoiled, you wouldn't open a spoiler tag knowing inside would be a spoiler, completely ignoring the fact you are on a worldwide website with a Marvel thread that would house spoilers anyway.

edit: while I do understand most on this website are American, I still think it's unreasonable for those reasons ^^

That seems unreasonable...

Reasonableness seems to be subjective for you. I think looking objectively at some of the facts you pointed out, an ordinary person would find it reasonable to abstain from posting spoilers on a worldwide website until the movie releases worldwide. You do not need to ignore it, in fact, it proves the point. Also, "majority of the world has seen the movie by now" assumes that people do not wait more than a weekend to watch movies after they release. Not sure that's an assumption i'd feel comfortable making.

But, off topic. I apologize. I'll ignore the forum for a few days until I can see.

Not sure if this is totally on topic, but it's at least aimed back towards the topic lol;

My local Toys R Us had some of the Age of Ultron and Guardians of the Galaxy sets on clearance, looks like they're about to clean them out, if you guys have a local TRU and still want some of those sets, I'd give it a visit!

no. not subjective. not letting a large amount of people who have seen the film talk about the film and the sets from it IS unreasonable. Yes Americans haven't seen it. But in a thread where people ALL AROUND THE WORLD come to talk about sets from a movie released almost everywhere but America, an ordinary person would look at not letting anyone speak on the matter unreasonable as anyone who is invested in the sets or the film but doesn't want spoilers wouldn't go on a thread about the film and the sets and open up spoiler tags. there are spoiler tags for a reason, and not letting people even use that is bad moderating and unreasonable. if someone posts an un tagged spoiler, I'm sure we would agree that's not appropriate, but for real? No talking about it at all? I do apologise if this is off topic I just believe that this is totally unfair to those who have seen it.

I saw a bunch of them on racks at my local TRU, just sitting there in the Lego section.

Yes, no talking about the film at all. That will hold for Americans as well for at least a week after the film has been released.

I understand people's pressing desire to discuss the film and the sets as they relate to the film, but not everyone gets to run and out see it right away, and we do not want people to be spoiled. It has happened in the past. People may still be coming to this topic for news and discussion of upcoming 2016 sets, so keep Civil War discussion out of here. This is not a Civil War 2016 sets and discussion topic.

The reason I am going for 'no spoilers at all' is because I've seen what happens when people dive into a page discussion in spoiler tags. Inevitably what begins in spoiler tags does not end in them.

And, as I saw last night, not everyone is smart enough to NOT QUOTE a spoiler, and then it's no longer hidden.

Hang in there, you can all survive for a few days not posting anything movie related. Star Wars forum did it in December, you guys can do it now. Thanks!

Already spoke to Clone OPatra on the matter and can now (while I don't 100% agree) can understand where you all are coming from. Sorry for causing a ruckus on here. :)
