Nah, I don't expect anything movie-based, but I do think Sweater Vision would be fun.

I feel like they would! Civil War has so many characters that they can't put every single one in a set. I think that having Thunderbolt Ross be an SDCC exclusive would be good- he's a cool character but not one that every single person HAS to have, and he would be pretty easy to MOC. I would be really disappointed if they did Spider-Man or an updated Vision as the exclusive.

I hope we get an updated ant man. Really love his new suit. And that mod for the lego marvel game of Spider-Man is beautiful. Shame they failed to add him in the Lego avengers game.

If we get a new Ant Man, we would get a new mold, which could also be used for Wasp.

Speaking of Wasp, maybe the Wasp (Janet) from Ant Man could be an SDCC exclusive

They're not going to make a new mold for a SDCC. I don't think her helmet was that similar to antmans to justify reusing it if they made a new mold

They've done exclusive molds for SDCC figures before, like Azog from The Hobbit. Yes, he was released in a normal retail set a year later, but they can do that with The Wasp too- make an SDCC fig for her and then reuse the helmet mold in 2018 for Ant-Man and The Wasp sets. That being said, I don't think The Wasp will be the SDCC exclusive because she's kinda obscure and Hope hasn't even suited up yet. Although it might be cool to get Janet.

Azog wasn't released a year later, he was released a few months with the dol guldur set.

Well, the poster has only been a member for six months and does not have a reputation for being "in the know", so I'm not sure how useful their "good source" may be.

Anyways, we still know nothing more about the 4th set--so let's just drop the discussion on it. It's getting really tedious to keep reading pages of posts that amount to nothing more than complaints that it's not here yet. Patience is a virtue.
