They do look great together. Some things I wish they would've changed are nova's helmet being gold, iron fist having a bandana piece, and powerman having hair. Minor stuff, but glad we have them all now.

Dual molded legs on Iron Fist.

Was looking at this earlier today! It's a shame Doc Ock's new outfit is a lighter shade of green otherwise the legs would have been spot on.

So funko just released their SDCC exclusive. Hopefully Lego will too!!!

Funko is doing a huge amount of exclusives. Hopefully Lego is just doing one or two of characters no one "needs".

What bugs me is that they made Nova white. It's basically just Richard Rider Nova, honestly. We need a proper Hispanic Sam Alexander fig, preferably with that hella cool black helmet from the comics.

You could always throw the helmet on, like, Aladdin's head... but you'd lose the white eyes. :sceptic: I'd love to see him get a new figure with updated head (not that it's terribly likely, given the flubs they made with some Star Wars Rebels characters and, y'know, every single clone/Fett with a printed head beneath the helmet), and an "Ultimate Nova" helmet & updated body/leg print...and this time, yellow arms with dark blue hands to reflect the new suit!

I'd honestly rather get a Richard Rider Nova. Given the trend with the Marvel sets this year, I could see it happening down the pipeline. By the way, I just perused LEGO's website and found they already had pages for the new sets in the US, probably old news to most but I didn't bother checking as I didn't think there would be anything. There's just the updated bio page with the characters and sets nothing special. I was kinda hoping for some nice new cg pics of the Ghost Rider set to update my avatar and banner but I digress. I 'm looking forward to seeing some commercials featuring these sets though. It'll just be exciting to see Ghost Rider get a little more publicity. Man I CANNOT wait for August 1st! I dunno about that. Richard hasn't been seen in awhile, and Sam's become a lot more prevalent. I'm fairly certain that we'll see another Sam before we see Richard, assuming the MCU doesn't step in with a Nova.

Alladin's head doesn't fit right with the helmet, even beyond the white eyes. Is it the same flesh tone for Alladin that they use on Hispanic characters?

I was tempted to use Aladdin's head for an unmasked version of Nova eventually - I think the flesh tone works quite well and it was recommended to me on the Purist Superhero thread too. May give it a quick go next time I've got all the figures out again so people can see. Agreed the helmet wouldn't line up but I'd have him holding the helmet anyway. I'd love to see a Nova in the MCU though which would be awesome to have a completely new variant! Wrong thread for me to wish for that though.

This is truly an absurd set, and I love it. I have no idea what the source material is about, but I really like this irrational and trippy set.

Good job LEGO, I fully hope you make more absurd, irrational and trippy sets based off franchises I don't know about. I truly like them.

Cool! Is that a top hat on one of the shelves? Also, one of the letters on the desk has the Stark Industries logo :wink:

I saw the Stark logo as well, but did not know if it was it or not.
