dmarvin Posted August 30, 2015 Posted August 30, 2015 (edited) 20,00 set could easily have 3 figs, my bets are 20: Cap, Crossbones, Scarlet Witch / Falcon 35: Cap, Iron Man, Hawkeye, War Machine 50: Baron Zemo, Black Panther, Falcon, Iron Man, Bucky And there's still the rumored J2G set, for all we know that could be a 80 Dollar exclusive! I think everyone here would be dancing in the streets if they put Zemo, black panther, falcon and Bucky in the same set for only $50. And I'm really hoping there is a retailer exclusive that is substantial ($49.99+). There are even more characters to balance in this movie than there were in AoU; that would make it impossible for TLG to please everyone in just 3 sets. Almost every hero accounted for cept vision, hawkeye, wm, and spidey. Awesome! And since Spidey is the only one of those for whom we don't already have at least one MCU-based minifig, that's the only one that bugs me a bit. But we can hope for a polybag or retailer exclusive, perhaps when his appearance and look in the movie isn't so closely guarded! Edited August 30, 2015 by dmarvin Quote
Bricky Dee Williams Posted August 30, 2015 Posted August 30, 2015 I would not expect him. He might be in one of the sets, but i doubt it. Same with Spiderman or Vision Um, if they aren't in any sets, Iron Man has no team but Black Widow. Despite the promo art, Black Pantyer is expected to the ain neutral Quote
Falconfan1414 Posted August 30, 2015 Posted August 30, 2015 Vison will be in a set I think because in the captain America 3 licensing agreement with Lego they said we would get vision and war machine Quote
Ultron Posted August 30, 2015 Posted August 30, 2015 Um, if they aren't in any sets, Iron Man has no team but Black Widow. Very valid point, good sir! Quote
Brennens world Posted August 30, 2015 Posted August 30, 2015 Um, if they aren't in any sets, Iron Man has no team but Black Widow. Despite the promo art, Black Pantyer is expected to the ain neutral That's true. But I still doubt that we will see all of his team. Since Spiderman is hidden until the movie, I don't think he will be in a set. They may put Vision in. Quote
Ultron Posted August 30, 2015 Posted August 30, 2015 Ideally, Giant Man would work best as one of the minifig clocks but without the clock part However, I think we should all expect a brick built figure like Groot. Which may or may not turn out terribly. Quote

They only start to care when they're making sets in hindsight, like they do with OT and PT Star Wars. Quote
Ultron Posted August 30, 2015 Posted August 30, 2015 Since the rumors about Giant Man and RedWing turned out true, anyone care to confirm if Red Hulk is really in the movie? Quote
Brennens world Posted August 30, 2015 Posted August 30, 2015 Since the rumors about Giant Man and RedWing turned out true, anyone care to confirm if Red Hulk is really in the movie? Or if we are getting a general ross minifigure? Quote
Bricky Dee Williams Posted August 30, 2015 Posted August 30, 2015 Vison will be in a set I think because in the captain America 3 licensing agreement with Lego they said we would get vision and war machine Right That's true. Vision was also kept under tight wraps........ Quote
Brennens world Posted August 30, 2015 Posted August 30, 2015 Right Vision was also kept under tight wraps........ You have a point... Quote
strangely Posted August 30, 2015 Posted August 30, 2015 I can't see them not including Spider-man. I'm betting no matter how little time Lego had they managed to put in a Spidey minifigure in there somewhere. Quote
DJ Bricks Posted August 30, 2015 Posted August 30, 2015 Vison will be in a set I think because in the captain America 3 licensing agreement with Lego they said we would get vision and war machine Yeah they were both mentioned as getting a huge push in merchandising following the lack of Black Widow merchandise for AoU. Bricky Dee Williams Posted August 30, 2015 Posted August 30, 2015 I'll definitely take Vision in a tux Hahahahahahahahaha! I would too! Quote
Ashnflash Posted August 30, 2015 Posted August 30, 2015 I'll definitely take Vision in a tux Ahhh me too! Though he didn't have that in the concept art... Sad that wasn't one of the screen grabs from the leaked trailer... Quote
Legocity2713 Posted August 30, 2015 Posted August 30, 2015 (edited) I'll definitely take Vision in a tux Lol. You could make it yourself though. Edited August 30, 2015 by Legocity2713 Quote
BrickBuilder3213 Posted August 30, 2015 Posted August 30, 2015 So... I'll only buying next year's sets for new characters, since I have a lot of the Avengers already from the AoU sets. Kinda sad that we have no Spidey sets. :c Quote

The Lego Nolan Posted August 31, 2015 Posted August 31, 2015 Can anybody please confirm if Vision is in one of the civil war sets? It would decide whether I buy the Quinjet or not. Quote
Ultron Posted August 31, 2015 Posted August 31, 2015 Can anybody please confirm if Vision is in one of the civil war sets? It would decide whether I buy the Quinjet or not. I would just wait. We'll probably get him otherwise there wouldn't be much to the "teams" if they're not complete. And that's, idk, kinda the point of Civil War Quote
agoodfella77 Posted August 31, 2015 Posted August 31, 2015 For those who have seen the Captain Marvel fig, can they confirm which variant / costume? The most notable versions are the Black / Yellow Bolt (Ms. Marvel), Dark Blue / Red "Swimsuit" (Ms. Marvel with mask) and the current version in the Comics series (Blue, Red, Yellow star)? Quote
