just2good Posted September 18, 2015 Posted September 18, 2015 The Juniors set (preliminary) has Loki in it in the exact same version as Avengers 2012, no blank pieces so I'm almost sure it'll be that version. Iron Man (old version, not sure which one) has a car, basically a recolor from the Juniors beach set. A little bit of industrial scenery but nothing special. It's not a final pic so maybe the figures are new in the final thing, but I don't think they'll be. Quote
Clone OPatra Posted September 18, 2015 Posted September 18, 2015 Ok wasn't sure, thanks! In the future, please read the first post to see for yourself if the information is there or not before posting. That's why we keep it updated - so that people don't have to ask questions about things that we already know!Speaking of the first post, I updated it with new, clean formatting, though it may not be final. We could assume that Winter Soldier will be in the two CW sets that aren't the smallest one, but just2good has also hinted that he thinks there might be more than just three sets. For now, I'll just leave the line about Winter Soldier coming in two sets as a separate piece of information until someone can confirm which sets he comes in. Quote

Clone, just wanted to let you know, you're doing an awesome job. That first post is awesome: clean, accurate and readable, and it sticks to confirmed details. Seriously, keep it up. Because it was just brought up, I do notice there's not much about the Juniors set there, though. The Loki/Iron Man stuff has been known for a while, so I think it's real enough to mention there. I am surprised Loki and Iron Man are reissues. Lego MCU hasn't reused minifigs from older waves before, so that's... kinda cool to know we could get old/rare minifigs again. It makes the set less attractive to those of us who already have those particular ones, but it makes sense- current 6 year olds were only 3 when Quinjet Aerial Battle came out, and Loki is popular. Ultron Posted September 18, 2015 Posted September 18, 2015 Aw man, I was hoping for a comic Loki with an updated face or something. Maybe we'll get Loki vs Thor in a racers set down the line and there's where we'll get him. Quote

Well in prelimes often use old minfigs sometimes to show a character that has a similar design, but is not new( I.e. The MoS variant was used for the Brainiac set, but we got normal Supes with the MoS head) The don't always include blank torsos for new things. Edited September 18, 2015 by DJ Bricks Quote
just2good Posted September 18, 2015 Posted September 18, 2015 Interestingly enough, the Junior's logo is just "Iron Man" in a none-movie font, with a comic book Iron Man drawing. Quote
Amazing Bricks Posted September 18, 2015 Posted September 18, 2015 So that means there's still hope for a classic looking iron man. Quote

Can you gives a little more on the Avengers Assemble sets? Or the CW? Edited September 18, 2015 by DJ Bricks Quote

Awesome thanks for all the info. Any more color on the other Junior sets or Racing sets (really interested in the figs more than anything). Quote
just2good Posted September 18, 2015 Posted September 18, 2015 There's other Juniors sets for Marvel? I thought it was just the Loki/Iron Man one. Either way, I have not seen the Racers or any of the Marvel sets. Quote

Oh my bad, I thought I had read there were 2 Juniors sets but looking back the discussion must have been about this year's Goblin + next year's Loki. Thanks again. Quote
legosamsonite Posted September 18, 2015 Posted September 18, 2015 Im totally ok with the figs in the juniors set. My second hand quinjet had everything minus loki. Also if the iron man is mark 6, i could use the replacement. Quote
CM4Sci Posted September 18, 2015 Posted September 18, 2015 One set in the catalog - Civil War set 76050. That's it. Quote
N_Cat Posted September 18, 2015 Posted September 18, 2015 One set in the catalog - Civil War set 76050. That's it. What's the price point of set 76050? Quote
Amazing Bricks Posted September 18, 2015 Posted September 18, 2015 One set in the catalog - Civil War set 76050. That's it. That's interesting, was it just a blank box? You would think the other two sets would be there too. Quote
CM4Sci Posted September 18, 2015 Posted September 18, 2015 That's interesting, was it just a blank box? You would think the other two sets would be there too. Blank box, giant 'CIVIL WAR' taking up 80% of the page. No price point. Quote
DJ Bricks Posted September 18, 2015 Posted September 18, 2015 really? no racers? no avenger assemble sets? Quote
Amazing Bricks Posted September 18, 2015 Posted September 18, 2015 really? no racers? no avenger assemble sets? Yeah, were these not shown? I'm curious to see how they look. Quote

Borex Posted September 18, 2015 Posted September 18, 2015 I actually think that kids (the ones that are the targetgroup for Juniors) will like a comic iron man and loki better. They're more colorful Quote
N_Cat Posted September 18, 2015 Posted September 18, 2015 Blank box, giant 'CIVIL WAR' taking up 80% of the page. No price point. Hahahaha Wow. I'm honestly so confused. What's the purpose of the catalog you saw? Seriously, how does that info help retailers, marketing, whoever it was intended for? Quote
