Hopefully Thanos will not be comic-based ( light-blue / yellow ), but movie-based ( dark-blue / gold ).

Sadly enough I think he will be comic-based.

MCU-based Thanos would make zero sense in this set.

Well AA is partly based on the MCU so thanos has the same color scheme as he does in the movies, but we already know they don't 100% use the TV designs for the sets..good thing too because some of them are hideous

About CA:CW, does someone know how many minifigs there are in the third set 1, 2, 3 or maybe even 4????

Same question for the fourth set.

I would LOVE it if someone that have seen the catalog prelim images can answer my questions!!!!

No prelims, only blanks

I would much rather have comic based. We'll be getting the movie one in a few years.

YES, me too!

Me as well. I can't really think of a time I prefer MCU / Marvel Studio version over the respective comic variant.

The SDCC Amazing Spider-Man 2 is the only time I can think of where the overall design trumps the Comic variant hands down.

I think the usual simplicity of the comic-based designs just works better than the complicated nature of film-based ones. The less detail is needed, the better the figure turns out generally.

We've got an actual name for the new racer sets. Introducing....Mighty Micros! Link: http://www.brickhero...dc-marvel-2016/

:sceptic: I don't know about the name, sounds like a super-hero team in the 60's, and not in a good way.

I wonder if we could get a LEGO karting game based on this?

Imagine a karting game where you could play as Iron Man or The Doctor and race against Batman. It would be enough to rival Mario Kart.

Oh no, I hate the mini legs

Agreed, but we usually get unprinted legs anyway; easy enough to fix if there's a "classic" fig we need for our collections.

EDIT: Actually, that doesn't look like a catalog page at all. I wonder where that's from.

Mighty Micros? I expected Racers or something to be in the name, but eh.

I still might get the Green Goblin one, but there's no way to avoid getting the Juniors set version now because I need the full-size printed legs that he has. That was the major disappointment for me across the Marvel/DC Micros theme because all the other desirable ones like Bane didn't have printed legs to begin with and would be easy to replace cheaply.

Ah ok, given as how people were talking as if shorter legs were confirmed, I thought there was more.

If you translate the page from French, it says something like:

"From what I could see at the moment, the minifigs accompanying vehicles will be well minis complete (head, torso, legs) but it seems that the legs are those usually used by LEGO minifigs on representing children ( or hobbits), ie those shorter and without joints."

Green Goblin has a green/orange kart with wings on the sides

Spider-Man has a red/blue helicopter with flick-fires

Box includes green bottle and pumpkin bombs.

Red Skull has a flying 'gear'

Captain America has a small version of the craft from 76017? I think he meant a motorcycle.

Box has Cap's shield the Tesseract

Ultron has a grey/red kart that launches a wrench

Hulk is in a white/purple kart with big-fig fists in front, launches a chicken leg (?)

That Ultron and Hulk set sounds so strange... a launching chicken leg? :')

I'm hoping we will get proper pumpkin bombs included with the Goblin/ Spidey one, rather than just plain orange heads. That will be like the silver-lining in this whole series for me.
