Well, the Simpsons short legs are only two colors, but they're done in three layers, so I'd say it's fair to call them triple-molded. Anyway, moot point since I'm quite sure the Mighty Micros figs will have solid color legs.

Yeah. But it would be nice to get some boot molding for them.

As already explained, though, the Simpsons short legs only have two injections. There was even a picture out there at one point showing the piece before the middle yellow layer had been added. Triple molding thus sounds a bit misleading since at this point the 'boot' and 'hip' portion of the short legs will always have to be the same color.

Someday LEGO will probably be able to do rainbow legs made out of ten layers of plastic, but they're not there yet.

Ah, interesting; I wondered if something like that might be the case... it's actually kind of obvious now that I'm looking more closely at the injection points.

Reverse Flash should have been in 76063 instead of Cap. Cold. It would have suited the whole colour schemes better. Ah who am I kidding I just wanna see the Man in Yellow in LEGO form!

I agree, Flash has a really diverse rogue gallery. So it's really lame that we're getting yet another repeat.

Honestly, Zoom would make perfect sense as to why Flash would need a car in this set. After all, he broke the Flash's spine

OMG someone else who actually watches the Flash?! I'm not alone! It was such a brilliant episode. The guy catches a bolt of lightning for god sake, the guy with the 'demonic claws' is an absolute legend.

Just throwing it out there, Batman has three arms and two capes... Pretty sure these are still preliminary

Well they do have the word "preliminary" written right on them.

Very mediocre. I think these racers would be much much better as individual sets so that each vehicle could be more developed and fit a full-size figure.

That's not the point of these sets at all. Seems to be definitely a CHEAP way for little children or people with less money to rack up minifigs they've missed and have some mini vehicles to play with.

I agree it does look like two capes, but that's nothing, these are pretty much done. He's not going to have three arms, that's an easy fix.

Yep, multiple layers.

These are still preliminary.

C'mon guys, spoiler tags? I'm a few weeks behind. I bet the broken spine would've been a shocking moment. Not anymore...

Not really, he's the main hero. We know he's going to be fine in the end.

That still doesn't negate the impact of the twist; otherwise, what's the point in watching any of it?

I shouldn't have to worry about TV show spoilers in a LEGO thread...

Agreed. I'll certainly be picking up the Flash vs Captain Cold as I missed out on the disappointing bat-mech set, and it seems like there's a lot of new minifigs based on the blank prelims to add to the collection. The cars are... alright, but Star Wars MicroFighters are certainly better quality sets IMO.

Hey guys , I've tried searching for the images but can't seem to find them anywhere , I know you can't post them here but can anyone please PM a link ? Thanks :classic:

Having just seen the images I am pretty disappointed...I was hoping for Superhero themed Microfighters, these look crap. If the minifigures are on short legs they aren't even good as a source of (good) cheap minifigures - only cheap minifigure parts. there are a few interesting looking potential new colours on parts, but the builds look awful. I really don't get what the thinking behind these was, unless they are meant as an offshoot of the Juniors range.

The Mighty Micros are pretty crappy overall, but I'll probably pick up a few of them for the sake of the figures, mostly on the Marvel side. The Catwoman one is probably a necessity, although I'm super mega hyper uninterested in another Troika/Keaton Batman. Maybe the Robin one for an extra Bane and the yellow cape.

The more I look at the prelim pictures of Mighty Micros, the more I realize that this new move by lego is not to bring a new flavour to the kids or AFOLS but simply try to get more market share from TOMICA and Hot Wheels in the small scale die-cast toy cars market.

Not a display of creativity but a sign of greed. Somehow, I have a hunch that the Mighty Micros will be a total bust that shall ,in my hope, be able to teach LEGO group some lessons on getting to know the customer needs.

For the Licensed forum at this point in time, I am allowing people to kindly point others to the proper websites on which to find images. Other rules about deeplinked images and direct image links remain in place, but you can say things like 'search on Reddit' or 'search on ttv' as the case may be.

NOTE: This policy could change in the future, but that's what it is for now. Since we're going to be discussing leaks anyway, might as well tell everyone where to find them so everyone has a chance to join in on the discussion.
