BricksrDamian2 Posted December 13, 2015 Posted December 13, 2015 I can't wait to use the dpci to find the sets!
Nickcastle101 Posted December 13, 2015 Posted December 13, 2015 Has anyone heard what the red/black Batman and the nurse looking joker are going to be with?
8BrickMario Posted December 13, 2015 Posted December 13, 2015 Nothing, because they're most likely widespread fakes. It's been talked to death, but suffice it to say that most think they're not real.
Hulk_Smash Posted December 13, 2015 Posted December 13, 2015 Has anyone heard what the red/black Batman and the nurse looking joker are going to be with? No because they are fake.
BlockLogo Posted December 13, 2015 Posted December 13, 2015 The Brick Show has a recent video on it and they seem to believe it's real. Which it's not.
Actor Builder Posted December 13, 2015 Posted December 13, 2015 Please... not again. Please. I second this motion.
Deathstroke77 Posted December 13, 2015 Posted December 13, 2015 Don't bring this up again. So I guess the UK won't be getting these for a few weeks then.
Legocity2713 Posted December 13, 2015 Posted December 13, 2015 The Brick Show has a recent video on it and they seem to believe it's real. Which it's not. They themselves are actually sort of questioning it. Their review essentially proves its fake btw, a better, in depth look of it. Finally... the discussion can end.
Neomars Posted December 13, 2015 Posted December 13, 2015 For 517 pieces and 5 minifigures that's actually really fair. I was definitely expecting $55 to $60.
Robianco Posted December 13, 2015 Posted December 13, 2015 With the early release of several of the SW range in the UK at a particular Supermarket there's a chance that some of these sets might make a pre-Christmas appearance for once. That pricing for Sky High Battle seems quite reasonable too.
BlockLogo Posted December 14, 2015 Posted December 14, 2015 They themselves are actually sort of questioning it. Their review essentially proves its fake btw, a better, in depth look of it. Finally... the discussion can end. They pride themselves on being an exclusively LEGO channel, so if they thought for sure it's fake they wouldn't put it up on their channel, one would think.
8BrickMario Posted December 14, 2015 Posted December 14, 2015 Again, just because the parts are real, doesn't mean the prints are. They could very well be using real pieces. The quality of the designs is so poor compared to their current standard that I'd be very surprised if they were real.
BlockLogo Posted December 14, 2015 Posted December 14, 2015 I'm not arguing that they were real figures from 2016 sets. Merely suggesting that the Brick Show putting them up on their channel again recently might have rekindled the discussion.
YoshiBlockr Posted December 14, 2015 Posted December 14, 2015 Since people have began to see these sets in stores, do you think reviews will start popping up?
Amazing Bricks Posted December 14, 2015 Posted December 14, 2015 Since people have began to see these sets in stores, do you think reviews will start popping up? People have been lucky to find marvel 2016 sets, but no one seems to have found BvS sets besides the kryptonite interception. Expect them in stores exactly Jan. 1. You'll be lucky to find them before that.
KCMatze Posted December 14, 2015 Posted December 14, 2015 It's only about 2 weeks, that's an easy wait! And my bank account will thank me for that
TheFuzz Posted December 14, 2015 Posted December 14, 2015 The NeoGaf poster quoted last page was me (I post there often)... The Target I visited had about 5-6 of the Interception. The build is fantastic, and I REALLY like how the cockpit was handled.
Neomars Posted December 14, 2015 Posted December 14, 2015 Seems like the Kryptonite Interception is pretty close to me (close meaning a 45 min drive into another city but close enough). Definitely going to check and pick it up some time this week.
ndunnavant Posted December 14, 2015 Posted December 14, 2015 Brickshow just posted an unboxing video of the kryptonite interception set
psqidexslizer248 Posted December 14, 2015 Posted December 14, 2015 (edited) Brickshow just posted an unboxing video of the kryptonite interception set Luthor's suit looks very interesting, I haven't seen him wear anything like it so far in the set photos or trailers. Either he wears it in a part of the movie that WB hasn't shown yet or it's based of concept art Lego was given and he doesn't actually wear it in movie. Also, on the subject of Luthor... In the last panel of that comic Wonder Woman pulls the hair off Luthor's head. I wonder if that means he's wearing a wig or if he loses his hair in some tragedy that Lego didn't deem kid-friendly. Edit: Also, according to the checklist on the back of the comic, non-armored Batman only appears in the $50 set. Hopefully nobody is fooled by it and goes out to buy the $50 set just for that Batman they already have. Edited December 14, 2015 by psqidexslizer248
TheBatstan Posted December 14, 2015 Posted December 14, 2015 Man they teased the Batcave in that one panel....still wish we were getting that.
psqidexslizer248 Posted December 14, 2015 Posted December 14, 2015 Man they teased the Batcave in that one panel....still wish we were getting that. Maybe we'll get some another set later in the summer, there is at least one major character missing from these sets. Disclaimer - I know absolutely nothing about anything pertaining to the future of Lego and my guesses are almost always wrong.
BlockLogo Posted December 14, 2015 Posted December 14, 2015 We're already getting a classic tv show batcave in the spring so little chance on getting a Batman v Superman batcave too. And LOL at the Brick Show. "It's got a ummmm.... some dude ummm.... using the ummmm.... forklift...."
