I'll be happy with vehicles only. Scarecrow's Biplane and a Batwing would do me, maybe with a little barn underneath as a lair for someone. That would be brilliant.

I doubt it will be a vehicle based set. "Harvest" implies a garden or farm of some kind.

Batwing Battle over Gotham City didn't include a part of Gotham City, nor did Batboat Battle in Gotham Harbor include a part of Gotham Harbor. Set names tend to be misleading that way.

Speaking of which, can we even be sure Killer Croc: Havoc in the Sewer even includes a sewer playset at all?

Or maybe have an actual scarecrow fit in somewhere

I'd hope for that a $90 set that they would include more than just a vehicle or two.

Considering that it says "in the sewer" you can definitely expect a part of the sewer. The batwing battle over Gotham city had the word "over Gotham" so a part of the city wasn't expected. I wouldn't expect a lot from the sewer, the vehicles will take up a lot of the set.

To be honest I'm not expecting any vehicles in the sewer set, I mean what vehicle can you actually use in a sewer? I believe that the Scarecrow set will be vehicle based though I am unsure what Bat vehicle there is left for Lego to make, we've had the Batmobile, the Batwing, the Batboat, Batcopter, we've had multiple bikes and are getting another one in the cycle chase set and we've had a bat mech can't really think of any other Bat vehicles that are left... maybe a Bat harvester with Scarecrow in the field being scared

I can never judge a set on the name alone or even when I'm told what's in it. My mind always changes when I see the release pics on what I'm going to buy... The batcave is so sick I cannot wait to get it and I hope it isnt too tall for my bookcase display.

If new Two-Face is true, and it's not a rehash (that would be a massive let-down) I wonder what design they would go for. I don't think he is in the New 52 very much. I hope it's an animated series variant, I love that show and he is my favorite Villain. At least a black and white suit. I have both Two faces and I would love a remake of the classic version.

Is there a set pattern for new keychain releases from Lego? My Joker has worn away most of the printing on it and I'd love something new to replace it, but the current ones available don't particularly tickle my fancy - would love a Harley, for example.

Wow, this thread is really booming. I appreciate all of the excitement, but please: take musings about desired figures and anything not directly related to real rumors to the Speculation thread.

Also, not that anyone has too recently, but please don't repost even links to the leaked Batcave pictures at this time.

Thanks!

I just noticed that the 60s Batcave includes a cat, you can see it if you look at the top of the Wayne Manor part on the back of the box. I have no idea why its included, maybe it's some sort of reference but I don't know since I've never seen the show, or more likely it is just thrown in there for no reason whatsoever.

I think Catwoman had a cat at some point in the show, I'm not positive on that though, or even if it in any way resembles that cat.

It also looks as if there is boot (or trunk for the americans among you) to the batmobile full of gadgets and gizmos. Its in a circular image on the left side of the back of the box. Still hoping for shark repellent to be one of those gadgets!

I'd expect a small vehicle for croc. Maybe a little like in the last set he was in. Bigger if he is a bigfig of course.

So Brickalliance on instragram has just said that he has word that Killer Croc will indeed be a big-fig.

Edit: Apparently he knows this from someone here on Eurobricks who is in the know... wonder what else this mystery person knows

Also I have to say that the batmobile is indeed the star of this set. It looks amazing and I have been needing it to complete my collection of on screen batmobiles which I will display in my batcave display.

I made a MOC of the tumbler from the Bat vs Bane set using black pieces I ordered on Pick a Brick. That along with now 66' batmobile, 89 batmobile from Jokerland and the Kryptonite Interception BvS batmobile should look amazing lined up.

I'd like Killer Croc to be a bigfig, especially if he can be modelled (somewhat) on his Arkham games look, a minifig just looks a little weird for a character which is supposed to be massive and scary :)

if he is a bigfig, I'd prefer there NOT to be a vehicle, and just have a playset type thing for him, similar to http://brickset.com/sets/70604-1/Tiger-Widow-Island

making a vehicle for a bigfig is hard, look at the kind of thing Darkseid and Thanos have been given - basically a platform for them to stand on, without being an "actual" vehicle

In other words he read it on this thread and it's now set in stone.

I'd prefer something similar to the TMNT Lair Invasion set - http://brickset.com/...e-Lair-Invasion - possible a small, jet-ski type vehicle for Batman.

A sewer playset would be so much better than a vehicle set-sort of like the Lab Smash with lots of stuff to destroy. However, if we don't get much setting, the TMNT set will work perfectly. And I don't think there's anyone here who's "in the know" about which type of figure Croc is. Bigfig has only been speculation and wishful thinking.

* If they do decide to make the B:TAS Two-Face, I'd hope they'd use sand blue instead of lavender for the damaged half of his face. They also have matching hands, thanks to the Lady Cyclops.

* I'm still holding out for the Scarecrow to have the Wacky Witch hat/hair, because I called it almost a year ago, and I'm not going to give up hope.

* I'm thinking the Harvest set will be two aerial vehicles with maybe a small corner of a dilapidated barn with some stolen goods hidden in it. Batman will probably have another retreaded vehicle.

* I want Scarecrow to come with proper fear gas bombs, like he did in the Batman theme.

The source is this quote from Amazingbricks:

He's not due to the fact of Killer Croc being a big-fig. I wouldn't expect two big-figs in a wave, although it happened last year with Grodd and Darkseid, Grundy is a big no.

Very happy with Croc being a big-fig though I can understand that some people would want him to be a normal figure. So is it possible that we are getting a new batman variant in the summer sets?

Posted (edited)

I don't like it if Croc was a big-fig. Those sets usually go for 70/80 Euro's.

Croc isn't supposed to be that big either, he's a normal man with a bad skin condition not a lizard. Maybe just a stud higher. I would have prefferd a head cast with bigger shoulders.
