8BrickMario Posted January 8, 2016 Posted January 8, 2016 I don't like it if Croc was a big-fig. Those sets usually go for 70/80 Euro's. Croc isn't supposed to be that big either, he's a normal man with a bad skin condition not a lizard. Maybe just a stud higher. I would have prefferd a head cast with bigger shoulders. Eh, these days he's closer to a mutant reptile-man. Those teeth are not a result of a skin condition. I think that a bigfig's fine, we've already had a minifigure. This way, the two versions will capture both depictions of the character.

While we have had a fig, it was 10 years ago and worth around £40-£50 these days. I'd much rather see a minifg of Croc, as we may not get another. Maybe a polybag version like how Hulk was minifig-scale in a polybag a few years ago? I'd be cool with that.

While I'm biased because I do have the original Killer Crocker minifigure and therefore look forward to a bigfig of him, I do like your idea of getting a minifig of Killer Crocker in a polybag. That would be very cool. I really hope that the sewer set has no vehicles. I've got so many vehicles for Batman and his villains that it would be nice to have a large ($70-$90) playset.
Deathstroke77 Posted January 8, 2016 Posted January 8, 2016 I want the new sets to have new figs in it. I'm getting bored of seeing The Joker and Harley every year, and want some Grundy, Firefly and maybe The Arkham Knight. What a figure that would be.

Cobb Posted January 8, 2016 Posted January 8, 2016 This site seems to have a good look all the minifigures from the 66 batcave. http://legomarveldc.wikia.com/wiki/Alfred_%281966%29
8BrickMario Posted January 8, 2016 Posted January 8, 2016 Those are just the game's designs, which were likely created before LEGO had official designs. For one, Catwoman's hair is a new piece, and Batman has none, so this gives us a good idea, but it's not what we're getting.

Don't get me wrong, this is what I've wanted the entire time too. I own all of the '06-08 Batman sets so I would love to see new villains (which is why I bought the Man-bat set right away). Batman has so many villains that are mainstream that Lego hasn't done yet.
psqidexslizer248 Posted January 8, 2016 Posted January 8, 2016 Well, at least we know now that Killer Croc is indeed a bigfig (maybe). Hopefully this will bump up the number of figures in the Croc set since sometimes bigfigs increase the number of figures in a set compared to the regular number of figures for a set that size (Grodd goes Bananas and HulkBuster Smash being the two examples that come to mind). Too bad we still don't know the rest of the lineup for these sets, besides Batman, Scarecrow, and maybe Two-Face .
Deathstroke77 Posted January 8, 2016 Posted January 8, 2016 Still waiting on Ra's Al Ghül, he's really cool, and could possibly fit the Scarecrow set.
JaHawk2009 Posted January 8, 2016 Posted January 8, 2016 Still waiting on Ra's Al Ghül, he's really cool, and could possibly fit the Scarecrow set. I am very surprised that we don't have a Ra's yet - he's quite a big deal in a lot of modern Bat-media, and Arrow too. Guess he technically hasn't had much recent exposure aimed at kids.
8BrickMario Posted January 8, 2016 Posted January 8, 2016 If we do get Two-Face, I'm guessing he'll have some sort of watercraft and be placed in the sewer. There is still a lot of untapped potential here, and the characters I want to see are: Ra's Al Ghul Clayface Killer Moth Mad Hatter Hush Alfred (comics)

Shame there's been an Arkham set recently - such a good opportunity to throw some of the more obscure (but still mainstream) popular characters into a set.
Clone OPatra Posted January 8, 2016 Posted January 8, 2016 Stop the musing about figures you'd like! I already said very recently that doesn't belong here! Stick to rumors, please and thank you!

Hexagonical_waffles Posted January 9, 2016 Posted January 9, 2016 I do not understand the hype about killer moth
wesleydoogan Posted January 9, 2016 Posted January 9, 2016 Does anyone else think that the batgirl figure from Joker Steamroller set looks enough like the to batman to fit well within the classic to set? This may have been Lego's reasoning to not include her as she is very similar.

The colors and lines/ seams etc. are very different to the classic Batgirl seen in the show. Edit: sorry those photos are so huge, would a mod or anybody capable be able to edit and resize them if possible? If not delete them I guess.. Edited January 9, 2016 by Coca-Cola

This may have been Lego's reasoning to not include her as she is very similar. Not even close. Plus that new 52 Batgirl was kind of a lacking representation to begin with. No boots, spotty printing and the cowl design isn't great. Really they needed a do over for her. I'm kind of guessing Batgirl is will show up in a set this summer, hence the exclusion in this set. I can't really see any other reason why she wouldn't show up here. They could always throw the classic version into a regular set. They've done that before.

The 2014 Batgirl is based off the N52.
wesleydoogan Posted January 9, 2016 Posted January 9, 2016 fair enough, never been a fan of batgirl so not really fussed to have her or if it's an exact match or not for me. there must be a reason for the lack thereof though... but depending on the high price of the set I think everyone here is right though that they could have forked out for her.
Soupperson1 Posted January 9, 2016 Posted January 9, 2016 If we did get a new Batgirl she'd probably be based off her burnside variation not New 52
8BrickMario Posted January 9, 2016 Posted January 9, 2016 I want to believe Batgirl would get her rightful appearance in a summer set, but I honestly think that this is a one-off thing. It's got everything people remember about the show except her, and I can't see them justifying a new set and probably a new mold just to make her.
Ashnflash Posted January 9, 2016 Posted January 9, 2016 Hey just thought I'd post this for you all to get a kick out of it. It just goes to show how some people have little to no idea about LEGO... http://comicbook.com/2016/01/06/does-lego-batman-v-superman-set-hint-at-two-supermans/

The person who wrote that is quite naive. Two Supes? Ah, that just made my day.
