Target seems to get DC exclusives pretty often, with Braniac and both of the minifigure cubes recently. Though TRU gets most of the minibuilds and polybags.

And all these wishes for a Lazarus Pit... I think people would do well to curb their expectations. Even if it is a Lazarus Pit rather than a vehicle set, the difference between what an AFOL would expect and imagine it would look like versus what a $30 set - one with already at least 3, and maybe 4 exclusive figs - would deliver could be pretty enormous. Like the volcano in the coming city sets.

I wouldn't mind a Lazarus pit similar to the volcano  As long as we don't get an Al Ghul helicopter or Ra's on a quad bike

I wouldn't worry about a bvs SDCC exclusive, worry about a suicide squad exclusive :/

Eh, none of the designs of the SS guys really interest me. I mean there's Harley's but we got a similar Harley in 76053. I'll be salty if it's Deadshot, but I'd say that's it.

They've actually given us, or will have done after the Summer Wave, a fair amount of SS figs. Joker, Harley, Deadshot, Deathstroke, Captain Boomerang, Katana and Killer Croc. Not bad.

I doubt it'll be a shirtless Batman. It would seem unlikely that the source would identify "Shirtless Batman" as "Desert Batman," and since it would be relatively easy to make your own shirtless variant, Lego would know the value would be way less for the figure. Not to mention that not a lot of kids would even have run across the 1972 story that features it, or even the 1992 Batman: TAS episode, brilliant as both of those are. Demand seems like it would be fairly low from Lego's perspective.

I'd be happy with we got something really close to the knightmare suit, but not exactly the same.

This would work just fine:

Speculative guessing or an insider hint on things to come?

That was speculation, GOTG had an exclusive two years ago at SDCC when the movie was scheduled to be released in August like Suicide squad. Tragic Banjo has given me hope that we don't have to worry about a BvS or suicide squad exclusive. The Question now is, what minifigure should we expect?

Knowing LEGO, they'll throw in Saturn Girl just for all us who collected Lighting Lad and Cosmic Boy. :hmpf_bad:

Hmm, that capital on "Question" makes me think the SDCC exclusive will be The Question...

I'm just joking.

Unless I'm correct...

Thank you so much for volunteering to be the forums scapegoat for the SDCC exclusives this year.

If anyone is curious, here's what we see of the Desert Bat in the trailer (it's pretty much nothing):

You can click on it to see it bigger. It looks like it's got the version 2, long-eared cowl in black, and either gray or dark gray legs. Not real helpful, and that might not even be what we get.

I was looking through the old 2006-era sets, and man I hope they make another Batboat like they did with that Killer Croc set back in the day, I love the look of that, that kinda 'hovercraft' look it had. The Deathstroke set has elements like that, but feels more like a 'command center' with that computer/satellite thing lol

Hmm. The Question. While I seriously doubt that anyone could know the exclusives at this point, it's certainly likely, and would save them a bit of printing.

I have a question aren't we supposed to get Raven this year in a set, if so do you guys have any information on that?

Supposedly we are going to see her in some physical form or another sometime this year, but so we haven't heard when, where, or how.

Sincerely,

This forums Raven fanatic

The discussion in this thread is delving too deep into speculation--more like straight up wishlist.

Let's focus on the actual sets we know about, not tidbits of rumored information. Thank you!

Picked up all the DC Mighty Micros and the Harley Bike set at the weekend along with Supergirl keyring (which I removed the keyring and replaced the blonde hair) to make £50 and grab the classic Mr Freeze.

I absolutely love the Bat Pod-esque Bike despite the scale being a bit too large to fit with my tumbler and bat to finish TDK vehicles. Harley Quinn is amazing and has made me want to grab the original harley from a few years back so I get all the versions.

The mighty Micros are far more fun and enjoyable than I was expecting. I think they make a great addition to the line and have amazing playability and applications (albeit with some minor adjustments and buying minifig legs on pick-a-brick) beyond just being the OTT kiddie style I was expecting.

Slightly off topic here and I hope no1 crucifies me for this but as a fan of the DC Micros can anyone recommend wether or not to get the Marvel ones? They don't look as good but I'm wondering if they will work well as a larger collection.

The Jokerland Harley is currently my favorite, but the new one is so good I almost have to reconsider. The first "classic jester" is available through Dimensions packs, and is probably the cheapest way to get her currently.

I agree. With tall legs, the micros don't really stand out as much as I had originally feared they would. I'll probably see how the belt piece they're introducing in the Lego Batman movie sets looks on a tall micros Batman. They're definitely worth fiddling around with.
