Captain Nemo Posted May 27, 2016 Posted May 27, 2016 Wow! Very shocking that he has such a detailed head print--very reminiscent of the Scooby-Doo monsters and their extreme prints. I love Killer Moth the more I see him, which is good considering I hated him at first. Still not a fan of the transparent wings and the non-Lego game design helmet, but that figure is very nice regardless.
Duncan Young Posted May 27, 2016 Posted May 27, 2016 Wow, that head sock is a surprise. Thanks! When you get around to Blue Beetle, would you mind (assuming that the connection works) taking an extra picture of him with the collar but no wings please? I'd really appreciate that. Here you go!
Deathstroke77 Posted May 27, 2016 Posted May 27, 2016 These figs are much better than I expected; not as good as the ones in the Croc set, but pretty damn cool.

JaseTJ Posted May 27, 2016 Posted May 27, 2016 Green Lantern will be a character in the Lego Batman movie, right? Looking forward to hopefully getting that ring piece in trans-mid-green (whatever his color is called). It looks like a super-useful piece regardless, though. It would make a good Iron Builder challenge at some point too.

The helmet is a little disappointing but it is still comic accurate it is just his modern look and that face print is incredible so so so glad it isn't just an orange head like what people were thinking before
Deathstroke77 Posted May 27, 2016 Posted May 27, 2016 I'm loving Scarecrow's ride, it looks really cool with the trans-green stuff, and I really like the look of the kind of container thing on the back, bet that has a cool play feature.

The container stores both the fear gas and farmer, can stand up and the front falls easily akin to the Sinestro container last year. The harvester as a whole though is very cool and the set is my favourite of the year thus far :)

I think he's talking about that transparent piece that Spider-Man holds to look like he's shooting those new web pieces. Blue beetle has one here as well. Edited May 27, 2016 by Raptor of Vengeance
Deathstroke77 Posted May 27, 2016 Posted May 27, 2016 If it was the Bat-Tank vs the Scarecrow combine harvester, it'd be a great set.
Agent Kallus Posted May 27, 2016 Posted May 27, 2016 I thought that a green one ring (from lotr) would look better.
Sir Gareth Posted May 27, 2016 Posted May 27, 2016 I thought that a green one ring (from lotr) would look better. Why not both?
Duncan Young Posted May 27, 2016 Posted May 27, 2016 Cheers for sharing those pics Duncan! Happy to! :)

SoupOrFishOil Posted May 27, 2016 Posted May 27, 2016 Here you go! https://www.flickr.c...eposted-public/ Thanks! I'm a bit disappointed that the collar eats up the neck, but oh well. I'm still really excited for Blue Beetle.
Deathstroke77 Posted May 27, 2016 Posted May 27, 2016 Do they preview the sets at London Comic-Con? It's just that I'm going tomorrow so I may get a look at the sets early.

Anonknee Muss Posted May 28, 2016 Posted May 28, 2016 (edited) What are the chances of LEGO making a wave 2 of the DC mighty micros (I absolutely adore the DC mighty micros!)? If so, which characters do you think they will choose? Edited May 28, 2016 by J4ck
retrotaco Posted May 28, 2016 Posted May 28, 2016 What are the chances of LEGO making a wave 2 of the DC mighty micros (I absolutely adore the DC mighty micros!)? If so, which characters do you think they will choose? That probably depends on how well Wave 1 sold - it seems like a lot of people picked them up, but I also see A LOT of them leftover in stores, so who knows?
