I don't know much about this kinda stuff, but I can only imagine because it doesn't want to get too caught up with other releases, so there's less competition. I don't know, just making a guess, maybe some expert here knows the answer.

Fairness aside, any idea WHY lego staggers worldwide releases this way? I'm trying to figure out how this makes sense from a business perspective.

The voices compel them to.

...kidding, hopefully. It seems to be the same for other media, like movies and other toys, to some degree too.

I think it would be pretty fitting for this year's SDCC figure to be the new Wally West suit. He IS the harbinger of Rebirth, after all. But then, Knightmare Batman, Aquaman, and CW Supergirl all seem pretty plausible, too. How long do you think it'll be before we find out?

Another month and a half.

It's very possible that it might just be the realities of manufacturing. Lego puts out so much product that they might not literally be able to manufacture enough sets to launch in every region simultaneously.

If only there was some way for them to build more factories ... insert lego brick pun here.

Finally bought the Flash/Captain Cold Mighty Micro set, absolutely in love with the thing! Great cheap minifigs, and I got it for €9 which is a bit of a steal seeing as it's usually priced around €12! Swapped out the small legs to make a Wally West to team up with my Barry Allen. Now, if only Lego would make a Kid Flash minifig so I could have a younger Wally too! I hope they continue the Mighty Micros series soon. a Mighty Micro-ized Green Lantern could be great.

Next stop - the new Juniors set. Anybody here have it and would recommend it? I need to save up so that I can somehow afford it and some of the new DC Rebirth comics, so I have a dilemma on my hands.

That new Juniors set has great minifigs and some cool printed pieces for €20, will definitely be picking it up ASAP!

The Scarecrow set should be waiting for me at home after I finish work, can't wait to get building!

Yep love that Juniors set. I really want the Lex from that set but can't seem to find him for single sale anywhere yet so may just pick the set up as a whole and sell the rest of it or keep it back for some spare parts! I can't imagine buying Lex by himself would save me a huge amount compared to what I'd get with buying the whole set.

Got a couple of those fountains to shift too!

Cheers! Will post updates when I've built it. I usually get rid of the sets after and retain just the minifigs but I actually love the little tractor haha, and the combine harvester is brilliant too. Not fussed by the heli but it does seem a lot better than most heli's we've had recently. How are you minifig displays coming along?

Post your thoughts here after. I am thinking about getting that set too.

Upon getting the Ghost Rider and Ra's sets can't fit all Marvel/DC characters on one board. Would get another one but saving up for the Croc set. Thanks for asking though. for the most part I just have two big Marvel/SC displays and try to add as many people as I can. Thanks for asking. The Batcopter is probably the best one yet IMO.

You forgot the BB8 keychain!!

It was sold out when I ordered :( not back in stock until 17th so will order him then.. Maybe along with the sewer set haha.

And yeah Duncan! Thankfully my other halfs Lego addiction is purely key rings otherwise it would cost us both a bucket load of money! I get my harvest set.. She gets her key rings.. Happy days!

Helicopter is a much better build than I originally thought! Feels very solid compared to the others I've had and the stud shooters are cool. Combine harvester is another step up though, really cool! I love the bomb it shoots from the stud shooter along with all that fluorescent yellow green. 2 great vehicles which makes a change. The tractor steals the show for me though :D I love the farmer and thought the build for the tractor was really fun, great little addition to an already cool set. The minifigs speak for themselves - great to get another scarecrow variant, same with bats (again, I like the green highlights on him!), the farmer is brilliant.. I have a strange obsession for the civilians (like the banana truck driver) but killer moth and blue beetle sit shoulders above the rest with regards to the minifig selection.. Awesome additions. Chuffed I picked up this set! Cheers for the recommendation Duncan!

Nice to see they're cool. What's the feature with the trans-green canister thing on the back of the Harvester?

You can either lay it flat down in the harvester or stand it upright on the back (it's on a hinge type thing that locks in place with every click). When it's laid down I've kept my spare bombs in it as per the instructions but you can pop in a minifigure too. I'll take some pics in the morning if you want to see it in more detail? It splits down the middle so it's easy to get in and out.
