My guess on Deadshot... probably without the printed legs

http://vignette2.wik...=20141015001416

That's probably similar to what we'll get, but it'll be different somehow. I'm guessing that design was all TT's, as they had no official LEGO sneak peeks at the 2016 sets (seeing as they didn't know about the new pigtails hair at that point). LEGO usually one-ups the games in these cases.

Mr. Freeze is taken directly out of Arkham City, but you're right, there's not much. I personally like the more fun comics sets more, but I wouldn't mind getting an Arkham-series Joker.

So is the Penguin with his fur coat. So two things based on a form of media we would never expect sets from is not too shabby. :)

So with Deadshot are we talking his LB3 versions (inc. DLC one) or something entirely different? And am I the only one who wants CW/Arkham series based sets for DC at some stage? I guess Arkham Asylum was loosely based off the videogame 'Batman: Arkham Asylum' but it wasn't anything official (relating to the game) nor special, just a great collector's piece with great figs and for a kid some good scenarios such as using the helicopter set from 2012 and then 'locking' The Joker up in the Asylum after beating him.

Edit: Just looked through the forums, seems there isn't an actual look from the prelims at Deadshot. Also, as you can probably see by the big banner on the side I'm a new member and don't really know much about how we get all this information, can someone tell me how we get information of prelims and sets about 4 months before they come out?

There are a few of us on here that have connections that allow us access to the retailer catalogue, which shows prelim pictures of upcoming sets.

I'm excited for the Deadshot set. It'll be nice to get an accurate Deadshot minifig with the white head. I'd love to see a minifig-sized batpod done correctly, but I'm not getting my hopes up.

Except we don't know if he will have a white head.

(Personally, I'm betting he'll be based on the New 52 version from LB3 with no leg printing, boots (gonna have to get another pair for Flash if that happens), and a regular head (no new mold).)

I was talking stuff based on the Arkham games.

Oops, sorry. Thought you were talking about figures based on any media we never thought we'd see Lego take inspiration from.

I kind of hope I hate the Cycle Chase set. I just want a regular ol' classic-style Harlequin-Harley. Not a fan of the nu-Harley or Arkham-Harley. I'll either be getting the Dimensions pack or snagging her from BrickLink/eBay, since I wasn't around for the previous iterations. I'm on the fence about Deadshot. It's going to depend on the costume as to whether or not I'll want it.

I prefer the older styled Harley too, but it's still good to get different variants. Plus, the Harley Cycle could turn out to be a great build, and with a bit of modding it could work for the red and black Harley.

thanks alot! that batmobile looks sweet! really digging the new batsuit. also a 1966 batcave sounds lovely :excited: I wonder what figures it will come with? Batman and Robin are obvious, hopefully Alfred, and then probably at least two more figs. Joker? Riddler? Penguin? Catwoman?

not sure about the mighty micro's, could be a good way to collect minifigs.

the Harley Quinn-Deadshot set is an obvious cash in on the Suicide Squad movie. Definitely welcome though.

Either way, the set is going to be too cheap for me to pass up. Wouldn't even be worth it to just Bricklink Deadshot; poor value for the money that way.

If you haven't gone back through the thread, the ONLY thing that 'psqidexslizer248' forgot to mention, which you should be aware of: the Mighty Micro minifigs come with short legs, so adjust your expectations accordingly.

And yes, I can't wait to see and build and have and hold and covet that '66 Batcave. :cry_happy:

Most of them come with basic leg colours other than Captain Cold, so I doubt it'd be too much effort to give a nice pair of proper legs.

Can someone tell me how we're getting Thanos? I've seen his name pop up a few times saying 'we know we're getting him', so what set will that be? Forgive me if I made a mistake and just being stupid.

Sorry if this is slightly off topic, but does anyone know when The Tumbler (76023) retires? Standard retail time is 2 years for normal sets, but for UCS I have no idea.

Fair enough. I don't have many spare legs lying around, so I would have to purchase some separately, which will definitely influence my decisions.

As for Thanos, check out the Marvel thread for all the details, but off the top of my head, I believe he's in an Avengers Assemble set due out in January, the Avenjet, along with Captain Marvel (Carol Danvers), Hyperion, and some sort of Iron Man space variant. It's possible I imagined the Iron Man variant, or misinterpreted a comment, but I'm certain of the other three. Thanos is a bigfig. Again, check out the Marvel thread for all the pertinent details.

Guys that robin from Arkham Asylum Breakout???

If I'm not mistaken it could be the same as the regular sets. The Arkham set i mentioned was a D2C (and while it isn't UCS it's just under that price range and fits into the expensive side of TLG) and that is retired.. although I wouldn't be surprised either if it were to stick around a little longer. It's all a matter of how much demand there is for the set in another year or so.. which is a hard thing to predict.

EDIT: actually I can't remember if Arkham was D2C or not  but it's still an expensive set that wasn't sold regularly with the rest of the wave.

Whoa, absolutely right. I loved how they made that robin fig, how could we miss that?

So 3 things based on Arkham games. Cool.

Does he have Homer Simpson's leg piece? Or is it the less bright CMF Lumberjack legs?

Well, it would be silly to retire The Tumbler this year. They obviously worked hard on creating the set, and I believe they only released it in August last year, which would mean it was only out for a year and a 1/3 if they were to retire it this year. I'd say next year is the best bet, probably retired after Xmas so they can get more sales for Xmas.

If you're talking about the image with loads of columns of superhero minifigures, towards the end of the list I think it's just the Heath Ledger Tumbler Joker - worth keeping in mind that several of the pictures have figures with mixed parts so it's really not useful as an inside source for upcoming figures...they've swiped got hold of random parts that they are putting together themselves.

I saw a reddit post on /r/LEGO that was showing a bunch of figures being sold in bulk by factory workers, I believe I saw a new Joker in there with different hair. I'll link you you to the reddit post: https://www.reddit.c..._facebook_lego/ I'm not linking directly to leaked images so I should be good, right?

Hey, whoa, that's Beast Master from Nexo Knights, how..?

Also, this looks custom -

What's with all these fake red/black Batmen showing up everywhere? I wish there was something useful leaked there, like a certain pigtail hair to end our speculation.

I didn't see any new figure parts here, except the BvS Superman torsos at the very end.

Edit: Nevermind, they're not new. The belt buckle on the hip piece threw me off.
