One Very Agile Cat Posted January 21, 2016 Posted January 21, 2016 (edited) Heh, I tried brick and pieces and yeah, couldn't find any of the new parts. I have no problem waiting, though. Getting just the parts I want is far easier than buying five or six Kylo Rens. I certainly hope the inventories are updated once the buying feature is reinstated. dviddy Posted January 21, 2016 Posted January 21, 2016 Yeah, I use Bricks and Pieces extensively for CCBS parts. Bricklink has a high volume of so many parts, but CCBS parts that aren't the small red or blue shells from Ninjago sets are near-impossible to order in the bulk quantity that I want. Especially for parts like the white shells uses on Kopaka 15's thighs, and only ever on his thighs in that colour. That's one of my favourite pieces, so Bricks and Pieces for forty of them was way easier than buying the entire two or four from ten different Bricklink sellers. Also finally found a copy of Kylo Ren in Portland. This set is amazing. It's everything aesthetically I could ever ask for out of a constraction set. Now I need to find a second of the set so I can have one to display with the only Rey I've been able to find, and also one for parts. Quote
One Very Agile Cat Posted January 22, 2016 Posted January 22, 2016 Funny you say that, the 15 Kopaka thigh/16 Kopaka arm shell is one of my favourites. I just like how square it is. It seems weird to say I have a favourite piece but I always find myself using those before a lot of standard shells. (thus, I'm always out of them) I've actually never bought CCBS parts from Bricklink, only technic. I've just always had everything CCBS I need, but between the overhauls of Bionicle villains and the upgrades to the Toa I'm fresh out of anything not lime green. So again, faster you can get those inventories updated the sooner I can shovel money at you, Lego. :3 Quote
Shakar Posted January 24, 2016 Posted January 24, 2016 This was in the Brickset report, whatever that might imply: The Buildable Figures, UCS sets and sets based on Rogue One were not shown. Quote
PenPlays Posted January 25, 2016 Posted January 25, 2016 This was in the Brickset report, whatever that might imply: Last year, Luke and Vader were the only two shown at the New York Toy Fair (the last one of the year). Quote
Takanuinuva Posted January 27, 2016 Posted January 27, 2016 Got Kylo Ren and the First Order Stormtrooper today. I didn't build them as I only wanted them for parts. I finally managed to give vader a gearbox using Kylo Ren's cape and back armor piece. I'll post a picture when I get around to it Quote
Pako Posted January 27, 2016 Posted January 27, 2016 Got myself those 3 and now thinking about getting the whole collection so 12 + 6 new coming up, at the start I just wanted these + vader but well Does anyone have a picture of the full collection built ? Quote
Leewan Posted February 3, 2016 Posted February 3, 2016 Very reliable source has told me there will be 4 more buildable figures this summer/fall! I dunno what they are though. Yep! set numbers are just after the first TFA constraction figures coming out. They are: 75119 75120 75121 75122 So, looks like the first three (75119 / 20 / 21) will be based on Rogue One, and will be released in January... 2017. Time for a new topic, already ? Quote
Meatcan Posted February 4, 2016 Posted February 4, 2016 I hope we don´t have to wait till January. They must release some before then. I hope. Please Lego! Quote
santaends Posted February 4, 2016 Posted February 4, 2016 Boba Fett at last? With sand green shells and green cape? Be still my heart.. I'm hardly breathing. Quote
Shakar Posted February 4, 2016 Posted February 4, 2016 Aw man, looks like we'll have to wait a lot for those sweet sweet sand green shells. Quote

Storm Verse Posted February 6, 2016 Posted February 6, 2016 One can only imagine the sheer hilarity that would ensue if one of these ultrabuilds was Jar Jar Binks. Quote
TFGuy89 Posted February 6, 2016 Posted February 6, 2016 One can only imagine the sheer hilarity that would ensue if one of these ultrabuilds was Jar Jar Binks. You know, I'd totally buy that. If only to have a Gungan headpiece. Quote
santaends Posted February 7, 2016 Posted February 7, 2016 (edited) One can only imagine the sheer hilarity that would ensue if one of these ultrabuilds was Jar Jar Binks. Mesa gusta. It will be tan shells. Maybe even tan bones. Mesa enjoys tan parts. People will leave it on the shelves. It will go to clearance. Mesa will sweep everything for mesa's mocs! You know, I'd totally buy that. If only to have a Gungan headpiece. Yes! That too. Since I bought AAT for the tan curves I have gungan figs. Time to make bobbleheads. BrickBob Studpants Posted February 7, 2016 Posted February 7, 2016 Does anyone have a picture of the full collection built ? Here you go: I was't a huge fan of them when they were first announced, but they've really grown on me and now I can't wait for the next series Quote
VBBN Posted February 7, 2016 Posted February 7, 2016 I still haven't gotten to picking up wave 2, but they definitely look good together, I've really been loving this line as well and I hope it survives for years to come. I do hope we get some more TCW inspired figures, I would love to get an Anakin and Ashoka. (Actually, do we have a wishlist for Star Wars constraction figs on here? I think that may be an interesting thread to start.) Quote
Pako Posted February 7, 2016 Posted February 7, 2016 Nice LegoFreak you make me want to get them all now hehe By the way you could take finn's head and swap it with the stormtrooper's head like in the movie Quote
Elsior Posted February 13, 2016 Posted February 13, 2016 Since LEGO has released more non-helmeted characters, I expect them to release Hans Solo, due to how iconic his character is. Hoping we'll see Imperial Stormtrooper and Royal Knight. Quote
Leewan Posted February 18, 2016 Posted February 18, 2016 Does the Uniter torso armour fit on the gearbox Star Wars torso ? And in the same way, does the Star Wars torso armour fit on the Uniter torso ? Quote
Takanuinuva Posted February 18, 2016 Posted February 18, 2016 Does the Uniter torso armour fit on the gearbox Star Wars torso ? And in the same way, does the Star Wars torso armour fit on the Uniter torso ? Yes it does but its lower on the gearbox star wars torso if you add a gearbox and the back cover. Meaning the gears show a bit.The Star Wars torso armor fits on the Uniter torso but it covers up the neck balljoint slightly. Quote
Leewan Posted February 18, 2016 Posted February 18, 2016 Of course, makes sense, since the Star Wars torso armour also fits a 9*11 torso bone (where the central balljoint is lower than on the Uniter torso). Thank you ! Quote
Dorek Posted March 1, 2016 Posted March 1, 2016 Got three of the constraction sets for review, here's Finn. My least favorite, in large part due to the creepy face and weird design choices. Very good for recolors, though, I love the feet and hands, and all the dark tan he comes with. Phasma and Ren coming later. Quote
PenPlays Posted May 5, 2016 Posted May 5, 2016 Curious. Is Captain Phasma supposed to come with a spare cape? I just opened my copy of the set, and there were two inside. Quote
