Then she proceeded to get to her bus the long way. At about 20 meters away, she turned around again, then kept walking. Man, you shoulda seen the way she looked at me. You guys, I THINK I'M BACK IN THE GAME!!! INTERNET HIGH FIVE!!! (lightly put hand on screen) YEAH!!! Quote

Erdbeereis Posted September 7, 2008 Posted September 7, 2008 Today I was the referee for 3 football (aka soccer) games, played golf and worked a little on my newest MOC. Quote
Corvus Posted September 7, 2008 Posted September 7, 2008 And the band played on... First football game of the season, on our NEW field. It was first built on a pumice mine, so the first field collapsed. Now, after major digging, it's fixed, and we have an astroturf field and a super track- it's made of the same stuff they used in Beijing. So we (the band) played, and we were supposed to play the national anthem, but no, instead they do some stupid recording... It seemed like everyone ignored us... Quote

Admiral Bejaune Posted September 14, 2008 Posted September 14, 2008 Woke up, ate, surfed, ate, surfed, ate, lifted weights, and ate. Now I am on eurobricks and I will probably eat again. Quote
Shoc Posted September 15, 2008 Posted September 15, 2008 Ahhh, today... I got an X-Ray. Well, 6. 3 for each knee (to diagnose what is up with my achey knees). It was fun. Before that I was really tired, because at the beginning of this day (midnight) I was still on a train coming back from London. I was coming back from London because I had been to Andrew Lloyd Webber's Birthday in the Park, which was great. It was literally a concert celebrating and consisting of his music, with lots of brilliant singers. I am a big fan of musicals, especially Andrew Lloyd Webber's, so naturally I loved it, 'twas the best concert I've ever been to. John Barrowman was a hilarious compare too (he had to repeat himself for the broadcast a few times)! The concert will be broadcast on Friday 10th October on BBC Radio 2 at 7:30pm. I'll definitely be listening again! :skull: Quote
maiq the liar Posted September 15, 2008 Posted September 15, 2008 my bus had to take a ridiculous path to get around the flooding, oh, and i got a... Quote
Scouty Posted September 15, 2008 Posted September 15, 2008 What is that? I'm not familiar with it. Quote
maiq the liar Posted September 15, 2008 Posted September 15, 2008 (edited) That'd be the intellivision, one of the 2600's competitors. sadly, i can't play it because my TV is too new (need a adaptor), and i need some games for it. (the game that should have been included, according to the box is missing. at least the box is there!) P.S: The only reason i'm wearing a nascar shirt is because it's the shirt i randomly pulled out of my closet. little to no shirts clash with bluejeans. Brainbox Posted September 22, 2008 Posted September 22, 2008 Arrived home today to find that my mum had cleaned my window while I was out at college. Now, fair enough, it needed doing. The first problem: I don't like people in my room. I moved everything back to where it should have been, and I got over it. Trouble is, that leads me into the second problem: at one point, she'd knocked my Lego drawers a little, sending a few of the drawers into a collision with my desk. I keep finding pieces as I move things. Quote
Guss Posted September 22, 2008 Posted September 22, 2008 (edited) brainbox, just lock your room ! :P I walked 15 km to deliver my CV+motivation letter to some companies (tireeed ), I photographied a Lego exposition ( read news section ) and various things too ( like these and these ) , then I went back home and started to read the forum ^^ Edited September 22, 2008 by Guss Quote
I Scream Clone Posted September 29, 2008 Posted September 29, 2008 Cracked the seal on my Death Star 10188 and built everything in the Castle Advent Calendar. Such cool accessories in the calendar I might add, well worth the purchase price Now I need to get sorting on the DS, and clear some space on the dining room table away from busy little hands Quote
VBBN Posted September 29, 2008 Posted September 29, 2008 School, and fixed up my part of the trade with Exobuilder. Quote
