But answer me tthis miss Polly: why were you not sent to the sealed Capitol with the Lannisters? Were they supposed to be bait, for a trap they are preparing for our company, and we were supposed to learn of the nature of their imprisonment from you, or something more nefarious than even that?" Na'im sighs "But still, there comes a time when one has to stop pondering the past ,and look to the future, so in that case, I feel you should take these miss Polly. Tis' poor repayment for the goods you lost to your star elf jailors, but as my old master used to say, a little goses a long way, in war and in peace." Na'im hands Polly a potion and his pixie dust

Then something or someone rained a ton of smoke bombs at our ship and I was knocked out. The next thing I knew I was in prison with all sorts of people. I knew nothing about bait or trap?"

And a certain feeling in them tells them that they should be leaving for the Black Phoenix Inn as soon as possible. As the party gathers together, they realise that Germ appears nowhere to be found and its pointless and dangerous to look for him in the unfamiliar and dark corners of Fenario.

Mhinak, upset that he did not win the armor he had hoped for, pockets his winnings and stumbles to Black Phoenix Inn.

"Thanks Na'im. That is very kind of you. I shall take good care of them as well." Polly blushes and looking surprised and confused at the same time, "Why would the Lannisters be in the Sealed Capital? What happened? I stood up to the Star Elves when they came to our ship and was captured whilst the Lannisters were up hiding in the Crow's Nest. Then something or someone rained a ton of smoke bombs at our ship and I was knocked out. The next thing I knew I was in prison with all sorts of people. I knew nothing about bait or trap?"

"It is nothing, nothing at all." says Na'im arily, with a wave of his hand, and a conspicous air of superiority "Though if I were you I would be more inlined to make good use of the items instead of gaurding them with your life." says Na'im wryly

Na'im clears his throat and turns suddenly buisnesslike "The Lannisters have been kidnapped miss Polly, by the fiendish Alpeith asassains the creed, working with Oswains men." says Na'im crisply "At first we assumed they were taken to the petinary with you, but later we learned they had been carted to Baltarok, but given the trouble we have caused the star elves at the petinary, it would not surprise me if the Lannisters have been imprisoned in the sealed capitol where security is tighter, and the star elves can keep a good eye on them. The reason I ask, is although that we know Oswain's men are working hand in hand with the creed, they did not take you and the Lannisters together. It sems we are still missing something about Spelesain politics-that or the Creed's act was all an elaborate ruse, and the lannisters are now the bait in one gigantic trap laid for our party."

A lone flickering light continues to glow at Ttifliwt & Gnittat's Customwear. Ttifliwt walks out and gestures at Na'im anxiously,

"Hey buddy, I am closing for the night, still interested?"

"Of ocurse, of course!" Na'im rummages in his pockets and extracts every last coin he can find and gives them to the were-rat "That should be everything I think". Na'im wraps up the shamanic plate carefully in his bedroll as padding and places it in his bag of holding "A very good night to you master Ttifiwt!" hollers Na'im over his shoulder as he hurrys to catch up with the others as they make their way to the inn The first step to your destiny Na'im Thamir. It may be small but then again, a little goses a long way both in war and in peace. You are the last Brother Na'im Thamir...Do not abandon me now Na'im looks around for the source of the mysterious voice that had been plauging him for weeks, but there is no one there

Miderun heads back to the inn along with the rest of the party after they'd finished shopping around the marketplace.

The Heroes recall the location of the Black Phoenix Inn and heads towards it. On their way, they pass by the Moshu Slums on their left and there are endless temporary prop ups and tents all over. It is a crowded and congested place, with no real architecture. The inhabitants are a mix of Fenarians and visitors from all over Olegaia, whether they are traders, refugees or criminals, no one really knows. and the atmosphere is markedly different from the one in the Marketplace and it is a sad and poor place. Perhaps those that dwell in the slums don't even have the means to shop. On their right is the palace, and the walls to the palace are so high that no one can see the inside.

As the Heroes reach the Black Phoenix Inn, and enter its lobby, they see an inn attendant dragging a werebird and throwing him out.

"I am deeply regretful that you are being treated this way, but since you have no gold, or nothing to trade for your stay, you'll have to leave. But remember my name Buyla Whytula," signalling to the werebird and her attendent, "I am a kind soul, don't take advantage of it. Now drag him out and make it clean."

Meanwhile, a certain familiar face approaches Germ and Mhinak,

"Hey! Its you two!" Coyote turns around and calls out to everyone in the lobby, "Haven't you heard? These people saved your General and everyone from the Elves' prison, including me! They are Heroes from Heroica!" Drawing the attention and admiration from the Fenarians to the Heroes and largely ignoring Coyote. "What are you doing here?" Coyote says excitedly.

Turning to the Heroes, still ruthlessly eyeing on the werebird and appears distracted,

"Heroes! Take a wink upstairs! Rates are 5 gold per night per head. I am in a good mood today so you'll can pay later. Here are your individual rooms." handing the Heroes the keys.

Then just stood their expecting something out of the others "heroes".

Bobby, seeing Germ, feels for the first time in a long time a sense of kinship with the demon - he imagined he looked just as exhausted as Germ. He accepts the key and glances at Polly. "You gonna be aight? Want to double up for the night? Could save us some gold, yo."

As the heroes wander through tthe slums Na'im clenches his fists and hangs behind the party. These people were the ones the clerics stirred up against me just before they forced me into my exile he thinks I wonder if I am still remembered here now...there were a lot fewer foreigners back then, and a lot more angry and anxious Fenarians. Were they to blame for what they did to my palace, my men and my property? Walking among them now, and seeing their suffering, for once in his life Na'im didn't have an answer.

I mean really! This is Fenario: anyone could be listening!" says Na'im irritably

"Who is this ignorant fellow anyway master Germ?" says Na'im haughtily

"Heroes! Take a wink upstairs! Rates are 5 gold per night per head. I am in a good mood today so you'll can pay later. Here are your individual rooms." handing the Heroes the keys.

"Good evening Milady!" begins Na'im with a bow "My friends and I were reccomended this fine estalbishment by a mutual friend: Bain Ga. You know; asassain...quite tall...wears a hood...? In fact, she informed us that she had arranged that our party could rest here free of charge, during our stay in Fenario-would this information happen to be correct?"
