Firas Abu-Jaber Posted June 23, 2015 Posted June 23, 2015 (edited) LEGO IDEAS project: Lamborghini Veneno Roadster Hello everyone, this is my first own Creation post here at Eurobricks I don't know why though, I think I'm just too lazy, but I should post more of my creations here so often Here. (BTW, I have a question , could anyone please suggest on which other forums should I post this project here at Eurobricks? I need more people to reach out to this in order to get the needed supports... Also any suggestions to post it out of Eurobricks would be great and highly appreciated as well) Anyway, here's my newest model , the Lamborghini Veneno Roadster , one of my favorite cars, and one of the rarest , unique and best supercars have been ever built . Presented to you in LEGO form, I really hope you enjoy it as much as I do! If you like it, please take a couple of minutes to support it here at LEGO IDEAS website : https://ideas.lego.com/projects/106343 I'll leave now with some shots... Thanks for looking everyone. https://www.flickr.com/photos/31460192@N02/ http://www.mocpages.com/moc.php/414854 Side view .. Bird's eye shot... Rear shot... Lambo style doors ... Rishab N Posted June 23, 2015 Posted June 23, 2015 Nice to see you on Eurobricks. Your creations never cease to amaze me and this one continues that trend.I love the rear part Quote
nerdsforprez Posted June 23, 2015 Posted June 23, 2015 This very likely will be moved to another area. Not really a Technic model.... more a Creator or LEGO Special Licenses theme. However, I will say that I have followed this guy's work on MOCpages..... and he is awesome. His cars are among some of the best Creator models I have seen. I am going to go ahead and vote for his creation... but like I said, perhaps this post is better elsewhere..... Btw......nearly everyone is on BL. On their forum there is a place to post information regarding MOCs. I think that would be a great way to get your models more attention. If you are into investing into sets, brickpicker.com is also another place. Although these two sites are primarily for selling and buying LEGO, there is strong support for MOCing. Quote
Jim Posted June 23, 2015 Posted June 23, 2015 Hi, I removed the "LEGO Ideas Project" from the title. It's okay to post a topic on EB and mention it's LEGO Ideas, but putting it in the title feels like blatantly promoting your project to get votes. Enough with the negative comments, now for the positive ones; I saw this MOC on Facebook this morning and it really caught my attention. Very nice creation. I own the yellow Murcielago (which is a great set) and this could very well be an official set too. I will move it to Creator, since I feel like it belongs there more than in Technic. Quote

BusterHaus Posted June 23, 2015 Posted June 23, 2015 You did a fantastic job on capturing the lines of this car. It's astounding that you can do it without resorting to a much larger scale. Quote
Captain Dee Posted June 23, 2015 Posted June 23, 2015 Who doesn't like a good Lamborghini - especially the radical limited editions or one-offs? It looks terrific and the colors are as eye-popping as the real thing. All the fine details look superb. And the swing-up doors are brilliantly executed. Excellent work! Quote
Off the wall Posted June 23, 2015 Posted June 23, 2015 Outstanding. From what I've seen, it appears to be very difficult to accurately capture the design of a sports car using Lego. You've been more than successful. I only hope that it will be available at the retail level one day. Quote
