I know that this question has definitely been asked before, but this is in regards to mass removal, not just one or two torsos. I have always used Brasso, which was not too bad since I had only several torsos to do at once. However, recently I did about 40 and nearly started bleeding from how raw my fingers were from scrubbing (yes, I had protective rubber gloves on). Now I have a bigger project ahead of me... 400 different types of torsos... So as you can see, I definitely need an EASY and QUICK way to remove the ink. And Brasso is most certainly neither of those two things. Any suggestions or ideas? The torso colors I need have never been sold/made without printing, so that option is out of the question...

What type of polishing wheel? I know there are rubber ones, cloth ones, wool ones, abrasive ones, etc? Would THIS one work best?

Make a jig, and polish off 20 at a time.

Be careful with any rotary tool, even with a very soft wheel, it can easily gouge the plastic. MAB's suggestion of making a jig is probably the best. Also, put an old cotton sock on your hand, use lots of Brasso, and do your best Daniel LaRusso impersonation and the print will be waxed off in no time.
