It looks nice and is instantly recognizable, but I can't say it looks much different from others that I have seen

It would look better if you used the Eye of Sauron from the Wizard Battle set.

I tried it. For this scale its way too big and wouldnt fit properly on top.

Great work! I love how you made your Barad Dur - the techniques are very nice.

Your Orthanc is impressive, too
