Posted July 3, 20159 yr Hi folks, yes, I did it again. And no it ISN'T a Unimog :) But hey, it's trailer for it ;) Since all my models are in the same scale (nearly 1/12.5) the trailer has to be too... The model is a four axle lowbed...Overall length is 1100mm the bed is 115 studs long and 25 studs wide. Part count round about 2.500 parts. I got major help with the base and rear ramps by efferman - thanks again :) Enough words - pictures: LDD version: WIP pictures: And now the final model: Video will follow when the temperatures are lower... Have fun watching... Pat Edited July 13, 20159 yr by Pat-Ard
July 3, 20159 yr Good job on the trailer, looks really authentic, but your lime Mog catches my eye even more. Haven't seen it yet, is there a topic about it? It looks realy great! Are those rear mudguards Effermans?
July 3, 20159 yr Author Thanks... No, I didn't publish it here... I don't want to flood with all those Unimog threads.. But over at the german forum is a large thread: http://www.doktor-brick.de/index.php/Thread/2088-Hier-mal-meine-Unimog-Kollektion/ Yes, the mudguards are effe's...
July 3, 20159 yr Wow that is a nice trailer , I especially like the drawbar design. Well done. Would you mind if I use that drawbar design on a trailer I am doing?. Edited July 3, 20159 yr by technicfan

July 4, 20159 yr the flatbed cover with the "Pistenbully" writing is a really strong hint to the future load.

July 11, 20159 yr Wow, such awesome.. really nice trailer. Seems to give a whole new dimension to the playability of your mogs.
July 11, 20159 yr Pat Ard you made a minor mistake in your LXF File, the atachment of the towing boom to the dolly is 1 stud to high
July 11, 20159 yr excellent. I hope you wouldn't mind me getting the robust chassis idea of yours for my trailer.
July 11, 20159 yr in this pic the conection pin (3L conector non friction) between the dolly (2 front axle's base) and the towwing/pulling/conection-to-the-truck boom is 1 stud lower than in the lxf file Edited July 11, 20159 yr by TheNextLegoDesinger
July 12, 20159 yr Author Hi, I don't see a difference. But I know the mistake. You have an old Version... Here's the actual: https://dl.dropboxusercontent.com/u/21147896/Tiefbett_V6.37.lxf Pat
