Kintobor Posted July 12, 2015 Author Posted July 12, 2015 Nobody targeted the Squirrels last round, so technically they should have gotten free hits. (Spear? I've been using my Mopagsaber this entire battle, didn't you see? I didn't change for the entire battle. In fact I was about to point out that I should be dealing double damage because the weapon was ice elemental. And the with the lion's plate adds 1+ to power. By my reckoning my critical hits have a base power of 40, so if I'm right I ought too be dealing 80 damage per hit.) Both have been noted, and due to this, Throlar and Sorrow are at 5 and 10 health respectively. I'll allow you some time to reconsider a possible strategy, since this if I roll now someone will get knocked out. Quote

Kintobor Posted July 12, 2015 Author Posted July 12, 2015 OOC: Vindsval takes only half damage from Dark so wouldn't it be 30/2 = 15/2 = 8-4 =4 damage? That was a goof on my part. Fixed. How did Sorrow take 31 damage from a level 30 mob's free hit? He... didn't? I'm not sure what you're referring to. Quote

Endgame Posted July 12, 2015 Posted July 12, 2015 That was a goof on my part. Fixed. He... didn't? I'm not sure what you're referring to. Sorrow is at full health at the end of Round 3. You said a free hit reduced Sorrow to 10 HP. How'd that happen? Quote
Asphalt Posted July 12, 2015 Posted July 12, 2015 OOC: Sorrow is still at full health after Kint's last update, I think with Throlar downing a potion we are ready to proceed. Vindsval helps the dwarf pick him self up after being mauled by the overgrown mice. If we continue to be forced to spread our attacks between this many enemies we will be whittles down quickly. We need to even the sides. Quote
Endgame Posted July 12, 2015 Posted July 12, 2015 (edited) I'll go back and check, but I'm not sure what's happening to Sorrow's HP I'll make a call when Kintobor clarifies exactly what HP Sorrow is at. Edited July 12, 2015 by Endgame Quote
K-Nut Posted July 12, 2015 Posted July 12, 2015 (edited) 36/2=18-8=10. Therefore, Sorrow should have 31 health, not 10. I think that is where the 10 came from. There's also this: Level 30 *Immune to Light and Blinded*Defense: 8 Health: 41/41 (7+29+5) Ether: 32/34 (30+4) Gold: 802 428 years old undead Necromancer Level 30 *Immune to Sealed, Afraid, and Doomed* Power: 65 (30+2+33) Defense: 1 Health: 10/41 (7+29+5) Ether: 38/38 (30+5+3) Gold: 2317 Sorrow's stats are listed twice. He should have 8 SP, 31 HP, (probably) 32 Ether, 802 Gold, and the immunities from the second set of states. His Power should also be 55. That might be causing the confusion. I think Throlar's health is correct. If I go first and roll a shield, everyone should be at full health. Otherwise, Throlar should take a potion this round. Edited July 12, 2015 by K-Nut Quote

Throlar inspected the door for a moment before shrugging, taking out his pickaxe, and attempting to smash the door to matchwood. Smashing the door repeatedly, Throlar manages to do enough damage that the wooden panels nailed to the door outside come loose, and the party pushes their way free. Standing on the steps of the house, the party takes in the arid smell of Fellcrest's air. The sky was a cloudy grey, and the sounds of a large town permeated the air. The group notices two individuals standing in the street, one who looked awfully scraggily with a greenish hue, and another who some of the party remembered instantly riding on a black steed. The horse's eyes were a blood red hue, and the horse itself carried an aura of death about it. "I'm telling you sir, someone is in that house!" "Derelict, I've had enough of your old sea stories. I was informed that the house had an infestation? Perhaps the creatures in their mauled a stray-" The vampire looked towards the party. As he grins, he bears his sharp, fanged teeth. As head of the town guard, it is my duty to enforce the laws in this town, and entering private property is considered a crime here.
