I was just wondering, why are almost all of your builds so small? It's just that personally, small builds fail to impress me most of the time. They look okay, but you know...

Sorry for this personal question, I just feel a bit guilty for giving no feedback on most of your vigs.

Sorry for this personal question, I just feel a bit guilty for giving no feedback on most of your vigs.

So where do start... first off, do not feel bad about not giving feedback. I build for my own entertainment, try out new techniques, and possibly seek to improve my own building (hence the reason why there are so many builds from me in a given week).

Secondly, truth be told, I somewhat have a dislike of bigger builds. It kind of began on this site, but I currently have no desire to explain myself.

Last, but not least, I just like smaller builds better. Building on 8x8 is rather challenging for me and fun to do. With that much room, you really have to get creative on parts usage to get the most out of the given area. Sure you can do it with bigger builds, but doing that requires a lot of $$ which I do not have.

That is just my $0.02, which I'm certain most people would disagree with.

Thanks for the questions though!

Great build and that little castle! But I feel those 1x2 transparent studs don't fit well there though

Yeah they really do not. I tried using them to fill in the spots where the 1x2 transparent plates could not fully cover, but it did not work out too well. I probably should have used plates or studs rather than both.

I like seeing a wide variety of sized builds...micro, giant ones. The small ones usually impress me a bit more because there's more thought put into a small space, the amount of bricks. Also, small builds allow those with less bricks (or a limited budget) to participate on a level with those who have more.

Must be a big waterfall...or a small castle :) The castle towers are my favorite part.
