Tomsche Posted July 10, 2015 Posted July 10, 2015 In this weeks efforts of the Kawashita Corporation to dominate the Andromeda's Gates galaxy, I made planetfall on Aeristus, located on grid C04. For the build on this foresty planet, I wanted to build a woodcutter vehicle in the style of industrial vehicles you see in the Thunderbirds, big lumbering machines for mass industrial work. *** Start Log *** Julali 10th, AD 3825 Thesseus B. Von Geekington reporting Marching orders came in today, and we are headed out to the forested planet of Aeristus. Located on the western coreside arm of the Andromeda's Gates galaxy, it`s a planet dominated by big forests and grassy planes. Our job there is to put down some of those ancient trees and extract water from the soil, and for that we decided to make use of what we call the `Woodcutter`. This old ice slicer is suitable for the environment with it`s big stabilising wheels, and the saws should have an easier time cutting down trees then they have at times when we hit eternal glaciers. The front and back saws are honed to perfection and should be giving no problem at all. I will be in constant contact with The Pale Lady as works progresses. *** End Log *** Quote

robuko Posted July 12, 2015 Posted July 12, 2015 Superb job, very industrial. I think the blades should rotate horizontally for cutting down trees though? Quote
LittleJohn Posted July 12, 2015 Posted July 12, 2015 Great work, Tomsche! I love all the blades Quote
