You three make some good points, well-phrased, and I agree with all of them. I was about to say that it would be hard to say goodbye to our most favorite group of ninja, now that they are more iconic than ever. But at the same time, I like to imagine the possibilities of a reboot. New weapons, powers, or setting? Next generation (one of the ninja being sensei) or a completely parallel story altogether? Four young samurai fighting against evil ninja? Just imagine...

The problem with a reboot, however, is: how to keep the oldest viewers interested? They've grown along with their heros, who suddenly get replaced; I'd be angry about that!

So, about that poster: Wow!

"It is time to close the circle" Such an interesting phrase! A circle forms when the beginning of a line meets the end. But what is the beginning here? Is it the first disturbance of 'The Balance', that led to the whole chain of events after it? Is it that Wu choose his students, who will now become the masters and take their own apprentices? Is Cole the last one to fulfill his duty, maybe? Man, this makes me so curious!!! :excited:

Last but not least: I wonder why Wu's symbol and Yang's symbol are the same. And if we will get the lantern in that beautiful trans orange...

We do get the lantern in the ultra sonic raider 2.0

Yes I know, it's in trans neon yellow, but I said trans orange. C'mon it's not that hard to read until the full stop, is it? :hmpf_bad:

Someone on tumblr wondered if since there was a Sensei Yang there might be a Sensei Ying. Possible FSM?

*Yin

I was thinking that closing the circle, meant joining the Dark Island (yin) and Ninjago (Yang).

Would be interesting.

Sorry I am color blind and can't tell the difference

Oh, sorry I'm taking back my words then!

Well... Hageman Brothers have answered my question, they said, this is not the end, this is only the beginning.

I was expecting that, since any point on a circle can be both beginning and end, but I'm glad it's confirmed.

So according to the poster, this may be Lego's second chance to release Borg Tower.

Borg Tower was never in any set list.

However, it is a very popular pick for the next D2C.

Question - is that black 1x1 round tile with a pin on it on the lantern real? Does it come in any sets?

The part exists, but it doesn't come in black.

So ninjago isn't over? Interesting, can this be replacing the final battle with the stone army season...not the real final battle but it says it is

Quoting directly from TLG's 2015 annual report:

Among the top selling lines in 2015 were core themes like LEGO® City, LEGO® Star Wars™, LEGO NINJAGO, LEGO Friends and LEGO® DUPLO®.

It would be insane for TLG to stop Ninjago if it is one of the top selling themes last year. If not mistaken the order they arranged the themes in that sentence is also the order of popularity.

The show can be rebooted, re-imagined or even remade but the theme will stay as long as it is a bestseller.

Long live Ninjago!

You forgot that the Battlegrounds photo was proven fake...

As Ninjago is core, it wouldn't be unbelievable to make a new team or story. Power Rangers has been going for decades on a similar principal of one franchise many themes and teams.

Completely agree with you. I think, that TLG's inspiration for Ninjago came directly from Power Rangers (a team of guys with suits of diffirent colours, they also have dragons/mech and fight against various evil-forces, still in the real life they are common people with common problems and so on)
