I just got my stone army Cole. I love the print details!

I just hoped they used Cole's new head with 2 faces.... but can't complain about it because it is so awesome.

I've only found it in Target.

Any idea why the gargoyle/ghost ninja are named Chris and Martin? Seems a little odd, even for Ninjago...

Yeah, I've seen them at Target as well.

Chris and Martin are probably easter eggs for the set developers.

I was thinking, they are named after the "Kratt Brothers". (You know from the PBS kids shows.)

Oh no! If my kiddo makes this association then I might just have to end up $60 poorer. I have been on the fence about the set and my daughter has been on the fence about the whole airjitzu thing. But having the Kratt bros. as badies in Ninjago could be epic.

Not in the US.

btw, it took me 2 years to finally take this picture --

Darn, they look amazing side by side!

But, could you please share where you got Stone Army Cole? I'm super pumped to get it but I still haven't heard of a way to get it in Europe other than a store event in Paris...

Perhaps the designers are fans of ColdPlay, the lead singer is named Chris Martin.

Take note that I have to replace the legs of Zane and Lloyd because they don't have prints...

I got it from my local LEGO certified store when I bought equivalent worth of 25 USD Ninjago products or more. I was tempted to get one from Bricklink too because it seems the Netherlands and Germany sellers only have this new Cole at the moment.... it's quite elusive so when the local store had this promotion, I didn't think twice.

Ding. I guess you aren't lucky.

I didn't get it though. It's kind of eh to me. Especially since I was expecting more from it.

probably not news to most people here, but I got and build the Raid Zeppelin the other day and highly recommend it. Not much of a Ninjago guy myself at the moment, but that set is brilliant.

Jup, I have it proudly on display, too!

Only problem with it really is that it's way to small regarding deck space. It's honestly better to make minifigs have a roof party than to cram them on the deck, as it looks unnatural and everyone walks the plank.

Yeah deck is too small and balloon pieces are located too low ,so minifigures are harder to place on the deck. If it was 50$ set then the deck would have been much bigger, missed opportunity in my opinion. In show its big enough to fit even Dogshank, while set can only fit 3-4 minifigures max, and Monkey Wrench on a side.

If it were a larger set it'd need some other solution for the envelope—the one it uses is already fairly small relative to the size of the gondola, and making the gondola larger would necessitate a larger "balloon" as well.

Hey have you seen on Lego.wikia there is an exclusive 2016 kai. Wearing what looks like orange zukin robes with a face mask, hair a chain catapult gun, pirate sword and katana.

Where on earth is this coming from?

It's from the Ninjago magazine.

There's a new Zane coming out as well, with a plain, unprinted silver Titanium Ninja headwrap. Hoping to find that before I return to the states!
