July 13, 20159 yr Author sorry...i should have clarified my request....manual winch, something along the lines of 8273 or sundry other sets with a front manual/hand operated winch. nothing fancy.....just string in and out.....

Not sure which country you're in. Here fire trucks do not come standard with a front winch. They have have additional hose connection point and storage on the front.
July 13, 20159 yr Here in Denmark, we have some firetruck has a winch in the front or in the bag. This is because they will be used for multiple tasks, it is usually in the smaller fire stations.
