Account Problem

I factory reset my computer yesterday, and after doing that, I can't sign in to my other account (Gremer). I know I'm using the correct password, but I still can't sign in.

After the dozenth attempt or so, I gave up trying to sign in and I decided to click "Forgot password", from which arises another problem. The e-mail for that account was deactivated over a year ago. At that point, I had no other option but to create a second account. I understand that it's frowned upon and a bannable offense, but it was my only option.

Could that account be deleted? I don't want to have two accounts, albeit one which doesn't work.

I have changed the e-mail address on your old account (Gremer) with the address you used to sign up for your new account. Please try password recovery on your old account and let us know if it was successful.
