The overall impression of the building is great. I'm impressed by the large number of dark red profile bricks. They're just perfect for a facade. Where did you get so many of them? They're still very pricey on BL.

I'm not a fan of your window decorations. They look ok, but it's not something that would caught my attention. Also, the awning on the side looks great, but I feel it doesn't fit in with this building. On the other hand, the curved balcony on the top floor is really sweet. The attention to details on the inside is incredible. Well done on such a fine scale. The poker table is a nice addition. Despite not liking some of the buildings' elements, it's a fine building nevertheless. Well done.

Thanks for the nice comments and feedback!

The red profile bricks are available directly at LEGO bricks'n'pieces for currently 0,19€ a piece, which is cheaper than current bricklink prices. :) I used 66 of them within this build.

This is an incredibly good creation - all the more so since it involves pizza, which I just had for dinner! This site needs an archive for "unofficial" modulars because this is just too good to be an ordinary Moc. The facade might be just a bit busy for my taste, but otherwise it's splendid. The oven and dining area look wonderful and the detailed bar is excellent as well. There's nothing at all fishy about the poker game, nope, nada. The awning out front is cool and the delivery boy with the stack of boxes on the scooter is a fun touch. It's all a very good design and the layout is interesting throughout. A sign would be nice, but maybe it's one of those hole-in-the-wall joints that makes the best and everyone flocks to. I like mine with thin crust, lots of sauce and cheese, sausage, pepperoni, ham, green peppers, onions, black olives, mushrooms, and sun-dried tomatoes. When will it be ready? Noon?! I'll be there!!! Excellent work!

Finally found the time to free up some space and put all modulars next to each other (currently they're all in a bookshelf next and ontop of each other..) and take a picture, which shows how the pizza parlor looks next to other modulars. I always put it next to the DO, since the architecture matches quite nicely. On the right side however it's hard to pick a good one, which doesn't cramp the balcony totally...

Maybe I should add another level some day. :)

That's a very nice MOC, I love it!

As it was said before, a sign would be a plus but nevertheless that's very impressive.

Why don't give the inventory of the MOC for free?

I think it would be a good idea to have it freely because before to buy the instruction, builders like me want to know what is the cost for the construction (according to our own stock, what can we have at a PaB wall...) and if it fits into our budget.

The inventory is available at rebrickable: http://rebrickable.com/mocs/peedeejay/modular-pizza-parlor :)

That is just gorgeous. Well done. I love the colors and tectures on it. The fire escape is both deliciously simple and perfectly executed. So many wonderful details.
