Bbafett Posted July 29, 2015 Posted July 29, 2015 One thing left to do on a UCS model (an update ; I will post it next month I guess), and I am done for 2015. Normally. I am wondering if this might be a rebuild of the Slave 1 that you have talked about once or twice? One can only hope. Quote
vs_ppl Posted July 29, 2015 Posted July 29, 2015 it looks good idea to motorise it - it's enought space for m-motors in there! Quote
Anio Posted July 29, 2015 Author Posted July 29, 2015 it's enought space for m-motors in there! Not even close. Quote
Ephseb Posted August 1, 2015 Posted August 1, 2015 I need this, it looks gorgeous! Luckily, I have the old one from 2002, so I only have to order all the other pieces.... Quote
LegoPercyJ Posted August 3, 2015 Posted August 3, 2015 That is spectacular! The model looks fantastic, and I love the way you solved the rotating problem! Quote
samlr Posted August 4, 2015 Posted August 4, 2015 Hi Anio, Love your UCS Hailfire Droid MOC (as always) ! Just wondering, the 1L lift arm is a custom ? (can't find any reference) Quote
Anio Posted August 4, 2015 Author Posted August 4, 2015 No. You can find it in the set Mercedes Speed Champion for example. Quote
samlr Posted August 4, 2015 Posted August 4, 2015 Thanks Anio, I found it ! I've almost managed to list all the parts now. Count me in when the instructions are ready :-) Quote
Anio Posted August 4, 2015 Author Posted August 4, 2015 When instructions are released, I will post a message in this thread. :) Same for the UCS Sith Infiltrator and its thread. Quote
Warlord Sieck Posted August 9, 2015 Posted August 9, 2015 Nice job, Anio! I am a fan of your work. i'm really glad to see a hailfire droid that has this much detail and craftmenship and is not made out of just technic parts. Quote
Anio Posted February 2, 2016 Author Posted February 2, 2016 Hello guys, I am happy to announce that the instruction for the UCS Hailfire Droid is now available. Frousmoul did, as always, a great job : modular design, detailled steps, inventory, sticker. Everything you need is in the instruction. I would also like to thank Blakbird for the renders. Regarding the price, the rule remains the same : it is symbolical (10€), but you can give more if you want to reward/encourage our work. You can be in touch with me by many ways : PM on EB, Youtube, FlickR. Still, the easiest way to reach me is to email me : setechnic@gmail.com Hope you will have great fun building and displaying that model in your collection ! Anio Quote
rollermonkey Posted February 2, 2016 Posted February 2, 2016 Holy... I just got my first one of these wheels yesterday. Wow, but that's huge. Worst part is that I need 5 more. Quote
Anio Posted February 2, 2016 Author Posted February 2, 2016 6 wheels ? That is not for an Hailfire Droid. Unless you plan to do 3 ? O_o Quote
rollermonkey Posted February 3, 2016 Posted February 3, 2016 Nope. I'm not making 3 Hailfire Droids. All 6 will be used in one model. And yes, I will be doing a thread whenever I get it done. Now, back to your fantastic MOC! Quote
Quote
Hunter003 Posted October 4, 2017 Posted October 4, 2017 The cost of the large wheels in Europe is ridiculous....... Quote
