We could have aother model in the 1H with higher number than the flagship but smaller part count (like 42041 race truck), but I don't think so because the truck seems like a last minute adition.

Im curious if this mean increased price of flagship.

Power functions cost a lot and there are limits in piece count compared to price and power functions elements.I think volvo with 1600 pieces and all possible power functions elements hit that limit.So if they want something more they must increase price...

Isn't it about time we had a tan model? We've had white, orange, and blue models, so tan is the only uncommon Technic color that hasn't been used recently. Although, I would like to see another Dark Blue model, if only to make the speculators that bought 41999 cry.

My Technic collection at the moment consists of 3 yellow (42009, 42030, 8043), one blue (42042), one red (8070), one white+ grey (42043). I'm really looking forward to add a new color from 2016 sets, like the Claas Xerion.

Isn't it about time we had a tan model? We've had white, orange, and blue models, so tan is the only uncommon Technic color that hasn't been used recently. Although, I would like to see another Dark Blue model, if only to make the speculators that bought 41999 cry.

Id love dark blue, im not much of a rock crawler guy, but that bodywork on 41999.... drooooool If they would put that out on top of a normal muscle car chassis, id be all over it.

And Tan, that would be interesting, but i cant think of many non military vehicles that make sense in tan.

Yes, definitely tan! It's such a nice color, especially for military vehicles, and we currently have so few tan Technic parts...

Id hope so too, or for them to make those wheel arches on 42039 in other colors, modding a 42039 while keeping the colors anywhere near coherent is a bit rough considering it uses new parts in a new color

Whilst we're on the talk of colours personally I would like to see TLG make some coloured, translucent panels. However, I don't know what they would be used in but they would still be cool. Hmmm, perhaps not their style:

Well, I would say that pics in post 1 are accurate, except chopper, which has coaxial rotors. No info on other sets (must be because of license), but with "Ultimate" meaning same as in "UCS" sets and with rumored price of 300€, it will certainly be something special.

Can be possible that ultimate ip car is Land Rover Defender?I mean there was succesful cuusoo submission, that seems to be too big for cuusoo set but revamped version in technic theme makes perfect sense to me with that price.There are also another cuusoo submissions that ended very suspiciously as exclusive sets after gaining 10000 votes and not passing review stage.

Rest assured: there is no info about any future set on Lego Ambassador Network, neither did I hear anything from anyone connected to it (as can any ambassador confirm). This comes from completly another source.

The UCS so far has been Marvel and Star Wars stuff... Could we maybe see a Movie License instead of Car Manufacturer. Another Tumbler? Nah... How about a James Bond car. Aston Martin or Jaguar ;)

Lego is family friendly so maybe something Disney licensed... In any case, very interesting. The Crawler was 200€.... Full set of Tumbler wheels at 10€ each would already bring it close to 250€... In that case it does not need to that much bigger or more complicated.

Light & sound system!

Yes I really hope for some light and sound system in technic theme.But I dont want set that I mostly pay for electronics, I hope for supercar with usage of existing PF components packed in big at least 1:8 and sleek body ,as old pre studless era supercars,'with many, many functions...

My economy is in trouble.

The news of coaxial helicopter seem good, But I don't thonk think it will be close the complexity of Sheepo's.

The Crawler was 200€.... Full set of Tumbler wheels at 10€ each would already bring it close to 250€.

Those are Brickklink prices, they probably cost 1€ to produce. ;)

If I got it correctly, helicopter could be on stand, similar like the one in control center set, which could mean that its main function would be tilting, lifting etc... of its main body. But this is just my speculation, stand could be just static piece, like on ucs models.

Regarding "ucs" model: i think that such expensive set will be one-off, a celebration of succes of technic in last years. Main flagships will still stay at 170-220 euro range (next year we will get sets for 120, 150, 220 and 300 euro). It think that guys from TLG simply saw how many builders build expensive sets based on instruction from some well known moc builders and decided to give it a try.

Sadly, with selling date most likely in 2H next year, we will have to wait at least until nuremberg fair in february for pics.

I think there is more than enough info already in first post. I think that pics reflect well enough on what we will get (small jet, low yellow minig truck, two pullback racers, big red and white fire truck etc...) Besides that, not much is known, since rest are mostly licensed sets, which are well guarded. I tihnk we can expect similar price point in H2 as this year (cca 50€, 150€ and 220€).

Will be interesting to see if another licensed set is rc, I assume that ultimate car with that price will be fully rc.My next bet is claas xerion to be motorized.

Also I hope that ultimate Rc will be released worldwide in retail shops, we dont get officially in Czech republic unimog back in 2010...

Ultimate car (flagship) and atleast one of the licensed sets are the €300, 220, 150 most likely. Its the €50 set that i find strange, because its cannot be the Ultimate car and it cannot be the Volvo excavator (because of all the pneumatics) so it will be either the Claas or the bucket wheel excavator... you can confirm that?
