I got the Starlight Inn recently and I think it is great! The design is very detailed and mostly gender neutral. It's not perfect but is an excellent starting point for MODs. I could see it fitting into a midevil setting almost effortlessly.

I'm so impatient D: those baby dragons are so adorable, I'll probably try to collect all of them and their eggs... Though the one from Ragana's castle will probably be a pain to find...

That book is great. I wonder... do you think the "interior pages" (1x2 tile with the green dragon print) are the same in all the summer sets that feature that book? Or is it possible that they feature alternate prints with some of the other dragons?

If any of the upcoming reviews could compare the new smaller wing mould to the older bigger one, I would ne grateful.

I'm planning to do a review in the next day or so, but here you go:

In some angles the dragons look decent, while in others they look awful -such as that first pic below Just2Good's review video. The water dragon's head looks like it is floating due to the ball joint. I've warmed up to the dragons a bit, but I'm still undecided whether I'll be getting the sets that they are in for March wave. Plus this theme is looking to be quite pricey this year. I'm definitely looking forwards to the summer wave sets, which I think all look great, and more interesting IMO.

Thanks a thousand times! This I could Never have estimated from seeing one wing only.

My idea of building a new Dragon with parts from old fantasy dragons has just died I think. The Body of the dilophosaurus could work, but it has this strangely shaped neck.

I picked up Emily Jones and the Baby Wind Dragon. I was looking for the Water Dragon Adventure, but it was sold out. I'm going to wait to buy the others to take advantage of the points promotion and the polybag.

It's so great that here gathered the earliest reviews, thank you all! I have Fire dragon and for my opinion it's the best dragon in new sets, he is not too girly, but enough cute and have stronger proportions than water dragon.(please, sorry for my poor English). But I think water dragon set is great because of all this ball joints that allow to build bigger dragon as intresting MOC.

I had Lego in childhood and gifted it when I grew up, since that time I lost my interest to Lego. But Elves series conquered my heart and bringed back that passion and I'm so happy that I'm adult now and can buy myself sets I want! :)

I'm jealous D: I haven't yet seen the sets anywhere in my city D:

But check out this cool TV ad!

Aww that's too bad. So far I've only found them at Walmart. I don't usually shop there but had to check for Elves since other people found them there. You could buy online and use site to store to get free shipping if they don't have them in stock at the store.

Has this map of the Dragon Mountains been posted yet? It can be found in the back of the Secret Marketplace instructions. Lots of cool areas that would be good to MOC:

And a look at what I think is super gorgeous character art in the instruction booklet of the marketplace set. I would like to know who the artist is!

That map is interesting, though it makes the part of Elvendale we saw last year look really small! Maybe it's not drawn to scale though.

There's not as much on this new map that the Elves don't actually visit on their journey. On the old map there were some really inspiring location names like the Desertlands and Highlands of Helyan.

Those character illustrations look fantastic! I love that you can tell how different the physiques of the dragons are even when they're not made of bricks. Ragana's cat looks cute, but evil! I wonder when we'll learn its name. I don't know who does these illustrations. I'd love to find out though!

Whoohoo I just ordered all the sets, and an extra Starlight Inn because I plan on building a bigger version of it.

I would really recommend everyone fron the Netherlands, Germany and Belguim to order from Schmetstoys.nl

For the complete set you only pay € 165,25 (including shipping) compared to the RRP of € 200,00, or € 207,95 from the largest toy store chains.

I wish everyone happy building.
