GaBika Posted August 4, 2015 Posted August 4, 2015 (edited) I have finished my car. Youtube video: My car's body inspired the Ford Ranger scale 1:8 The original project near 2 year old. The original chassis have 6 speed gearbox and brakes. I need this replace because no more free space. I have only the half completed body used. Get new chassis and weapons. This car have a three version. The Street version have no weapons only plasma tv (tablet) in rear section. The Army Edition have weapons. This is the normal Bandit. The BIG BOSS have grille and this can not only attacking but also protect yourself. Electric functions: IR: Driving XL motor, Steering Servo motor, Lights 3 Led lights with switch. Automatic compressor with pressure switch. Pneumatic Functions: open the rear section, open the spike tank, shooting with bow, the suspensions make harder and higher. Manual functions: openable doors with locks openable hood, openable rear door, extendible front spikes, and shooting with cannons ( one on the hood and one on the rear door). TheNextLegoDesinger Posted August 4, 2015 Posted August 4, 2015 (edited) hy i really like this moc but: - i don't think there is suffient transformation - you can't detach anything and replace elsewhere (arrows) - also the grills on the windows can't be attached afterwards. they should pop up from the door. -the trunk and the window grills should be in another topic also if you begin begin your topic [TC7] Bandits-Ford Ranger A.K.A The Beast more people will look at this Edited August 4, 2015 by TheNextLegoDesinger Quote
Milan Posted August 4, 2015 Posted August 4, 2015 True, you cant remove pieces and reattach them. I am also not sure is this enough of transformation, basically there is no change in the bodywork or onto the chassis. Otherwise, good looking body, no gaps and true proportions. This vehicle would be much better looking with bigger tires. Quote
TheNextLegoDesinger Posted August 4, 2015 Posted August 4, 2015 also it would be great as a normal moc Quote
Jim Posted August 4, 2015 Posted August 4, 2015 Hi, Nice MOC! I'm not sure this will qualify for the TC7 contest though. I don't see any transformation to the body or chassis? Your vehicle is not changing. This feels like "only guns popping out", which is not allowed. Can you show us clear pictures of Normal mode and Battle mode, so I can make a proper judgement. Quote
syclone Posted August 4, 2015 Posted August 4, 2015 Great MOC! , but not sure about the transformation. Quote
LegoCube Posted August 5, 2015 Posted August 5, 2015 I like this MOC. Would it be possible to have the front rocket launcher be pulled up from side pf the hood. From the video it seemed like there would be enough space there. Having one each side would be even better :) I mean if the flat panel at the side of the hood would open and the missile would turn out from there... Just a thought, Good luck! Quote
jono rocky Posted August 5, 2015 Posted August 5, 2015 That's a great moc. Its a good idea from LegoCube, I have one suggestion. Off road 4x4s tend to have heavy duty roof racks so my thought was the front window mesh could be the disguised roof rack then simply fold down over the front window for battle. Just my 2 cents worth. Awesome car and hope to see it in the comp. Quote
GaBika Posted August 5, 2015 Author Posted August 5, 2015 Jim,are transformation when the suspension may be increased ? Quote
GaBika Posted August 7, 2015 Author Posted August 7, 2015 More pictures for the transformation. Quote
Milan Posted August 7, 2015 Posted August 7, 2015 Are you still aiming this moc for a competition? It looks like there is no other transformation then black glass for the windows and different tires. Also it seems you remove and attachpieces, which is forbiden. Plus, badits should not have so much black color. Try to put mgrey instead of the black. Quote
Jim Posted August 7, 2015 Posted August 7, 2015 I'm still hoping for this vehicle to do something we all didn't expect. Otherwise it won't be enough. Milan is perfectly right in his judgement. There's indeed too much black, but that's something that worries me the least. Quote
DamonMM2000 Posted August 8, 2015 Posted August 8, 2015 Nevertheless, I still like the look of this MOC. I think it's pretty neat how you used windshields for headlights! Quote
GaBika Posted August 11, 2015 Author Posted August 11, 2015 Hi everybody i make a new transformation Youtube link: Quote
Milan Posted August 11, 2015 Posted August 11, 2015 (edited) I am pretty confused by this moc (entry). Did you read any of the comments above? Edited August 11, 2015 by Milan Quote
Victor Imaginator Posted August 11, 2015 Posted August 11, 2015 Ammm... that was catapulting driver and passenger? Sorry, i'm confused too, don't know what to think else Quote
