trooperdavinfelth Posted November 11, 2007 Posted November 11, 2007 Naww, I understand your want, but I think they're too pissed off at companies like BrickArms(not that they hate them) that they say 'Just leave it to them; they've done a good enough job.' But that's merely IMHO. Anyway, I like the look of the Nazis. Although one thing constantly tears me apart: The Nazi shirt looks to be nothing more than a re-painting of Indy's shirt. I mean, that's all I can see of it; I am probably wrong here, but it still has its recognisence. Quote

jedikermit Posted November 12, 2007 Posted November 12, 2007 Temple Escape Indiana Jones has come to a temple deep in the jungle in search of an ancient idol. But can he avoid the collapsing walls, shooting arrow traps, slithering snakes, spiked walls, hostile natives, and a massive boulder rolling right for him? Help Indiana Jones take the gold idol before the statue falls, get past the flick-fire arrows, swing over the pit using his whip, run from the rolling boulder and past the swinging swords to safety! Set includes 6" (15cm) long plane with snake inside, just like the scene from the movie! Features and details include skull rocks, bat, spider, spiderweb, skeletons, gold coins and more! It mentions the plane from that scene, but no pilot--can we safely assume that there's no pilot there, and Indy just pilots the plane himself? Also, did we determine if there are more than two "hostile natives," or is that all that come with it? Even though this is the largest of the Classic Indy sets, I think I'm less excited for this one than all of the others in this series. I'll have to see it in person to know if I'm really going to get it or not, although I have been saving my nickels and dimes. And quarters. And twenties. Quote

Looking for a display name Posted November 13, 2007 Posted November 13, 2007 The mouth doesn's suite him at all, yet the guys star wars customs are very nice! I am not happy with the final of Indy's dad i thought the original one in all of the other pictures was alot better. :-( Oh and LFDN what does your quote in your post have anything to do with what you said? ;-) the quote sounded interesting Quote
Mr Spielbrick Posted November 13, 2007 Posted November 13, 2007 (edited) A somewhat late reaction to what that Bad Kid said... 'The recently discovered Indy sets'? Meaning the Crystal Skull ones? Amigo, those are 6 months away. Considering the tight security the filmmakers try to keep on all things Crystal Skull, I bet there won't be any Lego set pics for at least 2 months. (My, that was a long sentence!) Looking at the list I wonder - Why do we need Belloq twice? Seems a bit useless unless they were giving him the jewish ritual garb in one of the sets. But that wouldn't fit the rest of the situation. And why isn't Jock (the pilot) listed in the Escape from the Temple set? Surely he should be flying the plane! *wacko* Edited November 13, 2007 by Mr Spielbrick Quote
Batbrick Posted November 13, 2007 Posted November 13, 2007 And why isn't Jock (the pilot) listed in the Escape from the Temple set? Surely he should be flying the plane! *wacko* __________ Well he is in the pic, and the quote was taken from wikipedia wasn't it? I think it was..... So I think it's safe to say that Jaque is in the set ;-) I think the Belloq in the Desert Chase set has his white uniform as opposed to his jungle uniform in the Temple Escap set, the reason why there re two Belloq's, thats my theory. Batbrick Away! >:-) Quote
jedikermit Posted November 13, 2007 Posted November 13, 2007 They need to get Toht in there somehow...the SS guy dressed in black with the headpiece of the Staff of Ra burned into his little LEGO hand... Quote
