They're now on the Toyworld website so I'd say all or most stores nationwide should have them. I'll be at Farmers tomorrow so will have a check and maybe grab some of the rarer ones to get them out of the way. Shouldn't be too hard to feel out, they all have a fairly unique piece each.

Wellington Toyworld had them today, although the box was looking a little empty after I felt for mine and the other 'feelers had come and gone during lunch... Lady mentioned they had more boxes out back (as you'd expect), so should be plenty to go round...

Picked up 6 packets today. Was a while feeling. Got what i wanted. Loads of boxes there. Ireland that is.

Not to nitpick but not all of those are suited people according to TLG. Of course, you can think of them however you like. I don't always follow LEGO canon myself.

Sighted in Farmers Chartwell (Hamilton) they were on the counter and I was heading to the movies so didn't have time to feel or buy any. Will pop into town Farmers tomorrow and spend some time on them, since they are down the aisle it won't be so awkward :) Also on The Warehouse website now so more than likely in stores.

Checked my Target today and they finally sold out of S14 Monsters. Now I'm just patiently waiting for S5 on Feb 1st.

nothing at my warehouse [wanganui] but farmers had them in a cube by the counter, alongside 2 full cubes of monsters and simpsons s2. i was there for ages feeling packets, and bought 8. my feel guessing was 100%. found clumsy guy first, then faun, 2 shark guys, the wrestler, native woman, queen and spaceman.

without the box to remind me what this series has, i forgot to look for the animal control lady and the ballerina. i tried finding the farmer but gave up. i know i felt the kendo guy, and looking at the list its likely i had the cat burgler too but couldnt work out the shape of the jewel.

seeing them in person, i love the queens face. i wish mrs claus from the santa set had this. mrs claus looks kinda grouchy on both faces. i love clumsy guy. the crutches dont look as bad as i thought they would, and shark guy is just plain fun. the faun is cute too and adds some variety to things.

As I had hoped, we found 4 reasonably full boxes at Farmers so my daughter and I stood there for around 50 minutes doing our thing. We got a full set, plus a few extras that we wanted, and we got 100% success rate

The Laser Mech had me confused, as I wasn't expecting his sword to be flexible, but I went with my instincts and got him. The Queen was easiest to feel for, and the Shark Suit Guy second, although I was expecting his costume to feel a bit bigger in the bag than it did.

I really didn't even think about it until you two mentioned it. Sure, it would be nicer if it was a bit more shiny.

I took a couple more pics outside via my iPad but it's not too sunny.

His helmet really doesn't look that dark compared to the rest of his apparel so the photos aren't entirely accurate.

I'm not sure if these photos will help any, or just add more confusion! Overall I think he looks good and I'm happy with him.

As I'm currently in Malaysia for work, I had to buy minifigures here, and it was a complete nightmare. The stores got them in Friday afternoon while I was at work, so I called them up after but the ones nearest to me had sold out. On Saturday, I drove to 3 different toy stores in 3 different malls to look for them. At the first, there was a couple ahead of me with what appeared to be the contents of a new box, out of which they bought about 30 or so packs. I went through the rest and got 2 Fauns, 1 Tribal Woman, 1 Clumsy Guy, 1 Golden Warrior, 1 Scary Knight and 1 Robot. Wanted the Farmer, Shark Guy, and Queen but the couple had bought them all.

Undeterred, I drove to another store, where I discovered that they were also sold out of Farmers, Shark Guys, Tribal Women, and Queens. Onwards to another store, same thing. I asked the stores if they had any more unopened boxes, but they didn't, and no one had any idea when there would be a restock because they just got these the day before. This was getting a little ridiculous so I gave up in the end. What was happening was that resellers were going to all the stores and clearing them out of all the more popular minifigures as soon as the stores put them on shelves, then putting them up for sale online at twice or thrice retail prices. So the rest of us either had to be able to turn up at toy stores at completely random times (which isn't possible when you're working full-time) or miss out altogether. It's getting frustrating.

So, if anyone in New Zealand (sunhuntin, Coopa182) would be kind enough to help me buy 2 Sharks, 1 Queen, 1 Animal Control Officer, and 3 Farmers, I will happily pay you for them and for postage to Auckland (and you will also have my eternal gratitude). We can do it via TradeMe if you want it to be safer.

jern, i will try and get into farmers this week and see what i can track down. got my niece and nephews down for the holidays, so not sure when i will have time. i looked at the warehouse yesterday and they still had nothing. will let you know if i have any luck.

EDIT: Gave it another shot and tried 3 stores today because I heard that they restocked. Turns out they restocked in the morning and people were waiting outside the shops even before they opened, so almost everything was gone by the time I got there after work. The same figures are missing, with only the common ones left. Oh well....

Thanks for the pics. They looks great, And yea, the flying warriors helmet does look darker, but the rest of the color looks fairly even. But like you said there isn't much of a difference because the pics aren't accurate in portraying the color. I also agree that it could be more shiny.
