March 4, 20168 yr I haven't seen a Walmart carry the CMF line in a while. In fact find it anywhere other than Target or The Lego Store has been a no go.
March 4, 20168 yr i used to find tons of ripped open bags. maybe they did it to prevent theft It's sad what people will do. I see crap like that a lot at my job and am just sickened at the way people act. I spend way more time cleaning up after people's messes than I actually do working. We have become such a selfish society on this planet. Edited March 4, 20168 yr by Tech Artist
March 4, 20168 yr I went to my local Post Exchange (PX) and counted 30 boxes of series 15. It was crazy to see so many orange packs!!! The are charging $2.97 per pack. I already have a full set, but I picked up 2 more Knights, a Golden Warrior and another Shark Guy. Edited March 4, 20168 yr by jade-sabre
March 5, 20168 yr Out of curiosity, did Walmart stop carrying the CMF line? None of the WM stores around my area have a shelf space for them any longer and none have stocked this series. Has anyone spotted these in Walmart stores recently? My nearest Walmarts are bad at stocking. They seem like they're 1-2 series behind in putting them out.

My local store got series 14 sometime in December, but the one ~20 miles up the road got them not terribly long after release. The kicker is the local store went months between selling that last Simpsons II pack and getting 14, 14 were gone overnight practically, and they STILL have not restocked. They've done the reset, there's a place for them on the shelf (an SII label), but no product. 20 miles Wal-Mart restocked Simpsons II after they sold through 14 and are sitting with a single SII pack. Who knows if/when they'll restock. All the Wal-Marts in the area I've checked have been much the same: Space set aside for the line, but no product ever put out. Thank the toy gods for H-E-B. If they didn't stock them and at UNDER retail I would have flipped my $*%# a while ago. Edited March 5, 20168 yr by K_Tiger
March 5, 20168 yr I have only ever seen CMF series at three Walmarts out of the 10 or so I might have been in over the years. But I hadn't seen any series besides I want to say it was 11-12-13 all of last summer, just that one. It was weird.
March 5, 20168 yr It's good to hear that the recall rumors were false. I can't even imagine what the Shark Guy's price on the aftermarket would be if that happened. Quick I grabbed 3 blind bags at target try to guess what before I open them Wrestler, Winged Warrior, Kendo Fighter
March 5, 20168 yr Is it better to just buy these online blind rather than hope they are in stores somewhere or off of Bricklink for a $1 or $2 more? I'd like to get the rest of the 10 I am missing but really don't want to waste time or gas. Edited March 5, 20168 yr by Tech Artist
March 5, 20168 yr I think I'd just BL them. Or get a hook up from someone that has better availability.
March 6, 20168 yr Turned out to be 1 Frightening Knight and 2 Astronauts No! I missed the entirety of the game! The game I invented! Drats.
March 6, 20168 yr I just bought three of the Frightening Knights. They look so great all together, and I can't wait to get a few of those sweet rangers from series 16 to go with them!

Online blind can be hit or miss. One time I got three of the same out of an online order of six. You can always phone ahead to your local LEGO store and ask if they have any in stock and how many before committing to the drive.
March 7, 20168 yr Mine was the same way. I rarely see them at Walmart and this past summer they had 2-4 boxes from a few series back. That sucks. Though, i would like to get a couple from series 9 and back if i ever saw them at walmart. I'm not sure what's going on with Wal-Mart and this line. When I see old series in walmart shelves i feel like they should be discounted half off.
