I love the whole series :)

Especially the Flying Warrior (so Saint Seiya), the skunk, the mop, the farmer & pig, the knight, the satyr & flute, the queen, the mullet hairpiece, the tribal woman & papoose... but I think I'll take them all !

A little disappointment, I was hoping the queen would have the new crown (like Elsa has in the new Frozen set, but I guess LEGO keep this new piece as an exclusiveness in this Disney set because it's new, we should have it in other sets later, maybe for the queen in Nexo Knight)

I was thinking the same!! There are so many lego hair pieces and lego stll chooses this piece over and over again!!

Wow...I really like this series. There aren't any figs that are so good I wouldn't just get them for parts (perhaps the ballerina), but there are a lot that have excellent parts. Heimdall's eyeballs helmet, the knight's mace and shield, papoose baby, skunk, queen, satyr legs and flute, the mop, and the crutches (although not so much as crutches and more just as greeble potential!)

I hope these are still available when I have money again

Some are very disappointing. The astronaut looks like a generic City figure. His headpiece is totally dull. I mean, I expected a new mold or something, not a regular City helmet.

The same thing is with the farmer. I will get him just because of the pig.

Animal control is a joke.

But other than that, series 16 is pretty good. I love Satyr's flute. Last year it was disappointing to see the snake charmer with plain brown stick, this makes up for that.

Janitor, satyr and winged warrior are my favorites.

They could have easily made the hairpieces black (very uncommon) or a new color for animal control and I would've been fine, it ticks me off that it's in brown/dark brown.

Wow, that's a very solid series. I think there are a lot of really good, useful pieces here and some of the ideas/concepts are great. Jewel thief, hawk guy (think I found my new avatar), tribal mother, satyr, queen, green knight, and animal catcher are all very appealing. Left shark is alittle outdated or feels like a missed opportunity. The animals are very nice and as I don't have either are very appealing.

Looks like a really nice series! The only one I'm not too thrilled about is the Laser Robot, looks kinda dull.

Thoughts!

Winged Warrior: A bit disappointed that I only like the individual parts rather than the fig as a whole. I thought I would, but oh well.

Animal Control: I want that skunk! I don't care much for the rest, but....skunk!

Laser Robot: I hate the Galaxy Squad style (or whatever that is called). I was hoping for something very, very different. This is the easiest "pass" of the whole series.

Concierge: Love the new mop piece! As for the rest, I like him only a tad more than the Animal Control fig.

Jewel Thief: Neat, I suppose, but not visually appealing enough to warrant a buy, for me.

Farmer: Pig! Arg, kind of frustrating how many of these have accessories I want but figs that I don't care about. Well, just those three, I suppose.

Astronaut: I just got some neat-o astronauts with the new City line, so this doesn't really offer anything, as it's fairly generic, but I'm assuming that's a printed flag piece, which is cool, but likely not enough to get me to buy it.

Scary Knight: Oh wow, this guy looks pretty sweet. Love the mace! If it's not new, it's new to me, as is much of the stuff here. Maybe it's just me, but THIS is the kind of mace Hawkman should have come with.

Satyr: YES. This looks fantastic! I'm so glad we have new legs, though it's hard to make them out clearly from just this pic. They don't look quite as awesome as the sketch versions from pages back, but still awesome! And while a new pan flute piece would have been cool too, I love this compromise, since, between the flute and the legs, I'd much rather have new legs.

Shark Suit Guy: Also fantastic! Perfect! And I know people are absolutely entitled to their own opinion, but if you don't love this, you're wrong. Obviously, I'm just kidding, but seriously, you're wrong :)

Queen: Again, perfect. So glad that the debate about the skirt piece ended with a new mold! It looks amazing! Someone mentioned seeing printing on the side of the piece, but I'm not seeing anything. Not that I mind or care, just not seeing it. I like this fig a lot more than I ever anticipated. She will look great next to the King!

Wrestler: Undecided, though I have a friend who will love it for sure. For some reason, the pics I'm seeing on this thread, the Wrestler is the only one whose face we can't see. I'm hoping for Ultimate Warrior style facepaint, but I don't expect it. It would raise it from a "maybe" to a "yes", though.

Ballerina: I never expected to care, but I really like it. Very iconic and visually appealing. Mark me down as wanting one in black as well.

Tribal Woman: Meh, the only interesting part for me is the baby, and even that looks very....specific. It doesn't seem like a generic baby, it seems specifically a "tribal" baby. Unsure, though if I grabbed it blindly at random, I wouldn't be too disappointed.

Kendo Fighter: Also not my cup of tea.

Clumsy Guy: Oh man. Okay. I love this guy, with the exception of his crutches. They don't work. There may be some great uses for the piece in MOCs and whatnot, we'll see, but they don't look good at all as crutches. I liked the idea of having a cutout so that it looks like the crutch could be under the arm. I may get an extra to try modifying the crutches.

All in all, a nicely varied wave. Not the best, not the worst. Lots of fun new pieces, a few great new figs, along with a few mediocre figs.

I really hate that robot.

Nice booty on the queen

New animals are always an eyecatcher for me, so the real stars are the skunk and the pig (in a new colour)

But overall it is a nice series and I will get more than half of them..

a number there i must try and find... animal control, dancer, queen, satyr, clumsy guy [a bank here recently released a lego-compatible ambulance as a fundraiser. he is perfect for that!] might get the papoose and put together some kind of manger in the winter village. im not religious, but like to try and include something like that.

will wait for whitefangs review and decide which ones are just going to be parts-buys. [jewel thief for her face, maybe]

Add the Knight to my list. Just realized I need at least one to give Hawkman a proper weapon. Honestly, I don't think the Laser Robot is necessarily a bad figure, it's just disappointing due to being a third color variation of the Battle Mech, which I don't think we need. Without the other two, I think people would like this one more. I'll reserve total judgement till I see the head print, though.

Woah!!!! This Series is AWESOME!!!! My favorites are the ehhh (so many to choose from!) Winged Warrior, Jewel Thief, Robot, Janitor, Kendo Guy, Wrestler, etc. I just can´t pick one they´re AWESOME!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
