Hey guys, I'm new to CMF collecting, and I've been noticing a lot of people really liking the crutch guy, but why? To me, he looks pretty ordinary. I'm not criticising it, I'm just curious to know WHY he's liked.

I like him because of his bandages, that mean looking banana peel on his t shirt and his crutches.

Guess I'll have to get them at the LEGO store on the 1st like everyone else.

Everyone? I've had all the ones I wanted for a week and a half. Others on this board have had them even longer.

Finally got my hands on some Series 15 CMFs! Went to Target earlier and found someone nice to ask about the figs, I gave them the dpci number and they brought out 2 boxes. I was so thrilled! Wish I had more money to blow on these things, I would have bought one of each except for the ballerina and the champion. Since I'm on a budget though, I used my tactile skills to snag a queen, farmer, clumsy guy, tribal woman, and animal control officer for myself; and a queen, kendo fighter, and golden warrior for my boyfriend. I wanted to grab a faun and a jewel thief too, but I was pressed for time and had to pick up my son from school. I'm definitely going to check back for the ones I didn't get this trip. Happy hunting to all who haven't found them yet.

Congrats on the find. I'll be looking again probably this weekend.

True. And there last couple waves of series figs have been pretty awesome :sweet:

They have indeed. But you have to remember you get all the sets at the state side. And for usually cheaper prices. We did not get some series of minifigures here in Europe cause they thought there is not enough demand (what utter bologny..). On the matter of this tread, one thing I do not understand is; why did they not make the army builder figures on the most likely to get category. I do not see someone wanting to build an army of shark dressed men.

Which ones? We have had them all in the UK.

There are people that want armies of shark men. Animal costumed characters are always popular, so they have done the right thing making him a common one.

We did not get series 12 or 13, I do not remember for sure witch one. I had no interest for them at the time (the golden mofo almost ruined the collectable minifigures for me). I think it was Benelux countries and Sweden, FInland and Denmark (??) that did not get that series if I remember correctly.

Did not realize that. (With zz-top voice) shark dressed man.

Oh thanks for reminding me that so many people found them before me :P

That is the mass availability date in the USA and 'everyone' can find them at that time at LEGO stores or lego.com, whereas I usually can find them more than a week early but haven't been able to this time! It's been very dry in my area for a lot of sought after items actually.

I hadn't heard that. I'm fairly sure S12 and S13 were out in Belgium, The Netherlands, Sweden and Denmark. Not sure aout Luxembourg and Finland though.

My bad, I checked and it was series 11 that was not officially sold in Finland. And I believe not in some other countries too.

Apparently they were in BR today in Norway but someone came in and bought the two boxes they had, so I will have to wait a little longer to start buying the rest of the series I guess. I am only mildly pissed off.

Went back to Target today, it looked like no one had touched them since I had been there. So I got a Golden Warrior, Janitor, Jewel Thief, and Faun for myself. I got a Tribal Woman for my boyfriend and an Animal Control Officer for my son (because he just loves the skunk).

Zulithe, try asking a sales associate at Target to check for the dpci number 204-00-1379. That's what I did to get them. The guy brought out 2 boxes and said he had to check to make sure he could sell them, because it says May Series in their computer. Needless to say, he was able to sell them. You may get lucky.

No, Finland has gotten all the Series so far. And Sold in all kinds of bigger stores, not just the toystores.

Edit. No you are right, series 11 wasn't sold. Now I remember, series 11 was the one I order many boxes of from a reseller in Denmark.

Ha, this must have been my easiest search today. Got another 3 knights in under 5 minutes. I saw there was a new box, with some bags from a previous box on top. I removed these old bags, because I had gone through that box already. I remembered that the knights were in the center row in the previous box, so I started looking there again. And there they were, nicely clustered together. Now I have 5 knights, 4 more to go.

Because he's a Lego version of Mr. Bump!

I live in San Francisco & at a local Target I got them to take out a new box from the stock room based off the code 204-00-1379 and clarifying the box color was orange.

It really depends on the employee that you get, some are so helpful - others not so much. The guy today was great!

My laser mech has misprinted head. The pattern is printed too high and when you put helmet correctly it is partially covered.

The same thing I Have with Batman from polybag.
