September 17, 200717 yr Sorry everyone for being so quiet. I was running out of whiskey so I mixed up some more from my store of alcohol on board. Another radio smashed... Where was everyone at the time? I believe I have been in sight of the Capt'n the whole time. Has Bennie been? And for the last time, you can't deeplink images hosted by Tripod! Is that some kind of sex position Capt'n; the Deeplink Tripod. 8-
September 17, 200717 yr No no no. You're thinking of a deep... Hey, what's this? Did I find the manifest? Is that what I'm holding in my hand? Is this the manifest? Can Columbo read it to me, please? I think this is it...
September 17, 200717 yr Why on earth would I break my own radio? These things aren't cheap, you know. Anyway, here, Captain, the log book of the Minnow. Take a look. Only says that we shipped off, dropped the nets but something happened with those, then distress signal was heard and we ran about the waters looking for you, until we did.
September 17, 200717 yr You seem pretty complacent and calm about the whole thing. If I went to rescue someone and my radio ended up smashed, there was a murder on board and talks of a sea monster, I would be pretty scared and a little angry that someone I was trying to rescue sabotaged my radio. I'd like to see Dan's diving equipment please. And I'd like to know where your radio is. I think you have an operating radio somewhere on that boat still. Otherwise you would be pretty scared... "Ah We move like cagey tigers We couldn't get closer than this The way we walk The way we talk The way we stalk The way we kiss We slip through the streets While everyone sleeps Getting bigger and sleeker And wider and brighter We bite and scratch and scream all night Let's go and throw All the songs we know... Into the sea You and me All these years and no one heard I'll show you in spring It's a treacherous thing We missed you hissed the lovecats" BTW, I'd also like to know if Dan has a fishing knife, and I'm still wondering if this is the manifest in my hands and why haven't we searched Stinky's body or his bunk/locker yet!
September 17, 200717 yr Excuse me, the Minnow is very dear to me, but like a rescuer, you have to keep calm. You can't freak out. Though, these radios are expensive and very good. So excuse my yelling. Anyway, Geno looked at the boat, you can ask him for the details. I'm not sure where Dan might have put his equipment, but it's most likely on the bridge. But, so what if Dan has fishing knife, don't all fishermen have knives? They're kind of needed. I hope you can trust us so that we can survive this. :-) .
September 17, 200717 yr Allright. I was going to save these for later, but here are some rations. There's only 6 bags of the mix, though, so we'll have to share. Here you go.
September 17, 200717 yr Allright.I was going to save these for later, but here are some rations. There's only 6 bags of the mix, though, so we'll have to share. Here you go. I'll eat Otto's fish. I don't trust you. Even if you aren't up to something, it was stupid to not radio for help when you saw the size of our ship and after learning one of the crew had been murdered and even more stupid to leave your radio unguarded after I warned you that we may have a sabateur aboard. Stupidity is almost worse than treachery... |-/
September 17, 200717 yr Ok, then,I'll respect your decision. But, what if this situation came by. Suppose we did leave a guard there, if somebody was going to sabotage it, or even if it was the "monster", don't you think the person who guarded it could have been killed or seriously injured. Would you prefer that? Couldn't be one of us to guard it, since you didn't trust us for the whole time we're here. But the deed was done, the radio is gone. Is there anything at all we can do in order to gain your trust as well as the crew's? I really just want to help :-) .
September 17, 200717 yr Is there anything at all we can do in order to gain your trust as well as the crew's? I really just want to help :-) . Leave and come back with help...
September 17, 200717 yr I'm sorry, I can't do that request, on account that 1. my radio is broken and 2. The fog is dense and thick, so the point of navigating back is useless. Go ahead and go what you're looking for, I'm going to stay with my boat and make sure no more sabotages or destructions happen to it.

Oh, so your radar is broken too? Your nav system? Fog is child's play with today's modern technology and you have quite the spinny deally on top of your boat. Why don't you stay on your boat. I'll let you know if you're needed. |-/
September 17, 200717 yr Someone has sabotaged our boat?! >:-( That good for nothing dirtbag. Captain, I've heard from some of your crew that you have some experience in interrogation? I'm sure if we went through the crew, we could find the culprit, and give him what he deserves. If you are thinking the radio was sabotaged before we arrived, you are wrong. You of all people, captain, should know that it can be very dangerous to sail out alone with no radio. Skipper, does the engine still work? Perhaps a few of us could at least get out of here... I'd like to see Dan's diving equipment please. BTW, I'd also like to know if Dan has a fishing knife What do you want with my equipment? And yes, I have a few knives. Why wouldn't I?
September 17, 200717 yr and I'm still wondering if this is the manifest in my hands and why haven't we searched Stinky's body or his bunk/locker yet! Me too Capt'n!
September 18, 200717 yr Author Tucked away under the tarp of crate #4, you discover a small brown folder that says, "Cargo Manifest". Pete Falklin picks it up and begins reading the contents: Cargo Manifest #1: 1,000 "Dry Slosher" brand geriatric underwear (AKA Depends), and 10 Lego Technic Bulldozer sets. #2: 100 cases bottled Budweiser beer, 50 cases bottled Budweiser Light Beer, 50 4-packs Budweiser Light Beer/Aluminum cans #3: 20 barrels Exxon Mobil Petroleum #4: 1 single engine water craft #5: 10 Metroliner train assembly wheel systems #6: Secure Contents - Research & Development It has been signed by Captain Maxwell Macleod. Also, something appears to be shining on the ground near container #6. The Captain picks it up to discover a small gold coin. Upon closer inspection, the coin looks like an authentic Gold Doubloon *wub*. "Strange to find something like this near the cargo", Pete states, "perhaps someone dropped it".
September 18, 200717 yr Do you know what this means? >:-( ... There's beer in container #2!!!! :'-) Physics don't fail us now! Bash that megablocker open!!!! Oh, and Diver Dan the "fisherman"/treasure hunter clearly dropped a dubloon while killing his brother Stinky. :-P Beer on!
September 18, 200717 yr 10 Lego Technic Bulldozer sets. Perhaps we could have a speed build competition? Upon closer inspection, the coin looks like an authentic Gold Doubloon *wub*. This is looking more and more suspicious. I say search Stinky and his stuff! Do you know what this means? >:-( ...There's beer in container #2!!!! :'-) You have gotta be joking Capt'n. It's Budweiser. :-X US beer is weaker than wombat wee....
September 18, 200717 yr Perhaps we could have a speed build competition? This is looking more and more suspicious. I say search Stinky and his stuff! Funny I say the same thing. In fact I've said it several times and so did you. Why don't we do that? What are we waiting for? *wacko* "My baby he dont talk sweet He ain't got much to say But he loves me, loves me, loves me I know that he loves me anyway And maybe he dont dress fine But i dont really mind Because every time he pulls me near I just want to cheer Lets hear it for the boy Lets give the boy a hand Lets hear it for my baby You know you go to understand Whoa, maybe he's no romeo But he's my lovin one-man show Whoa, whoa, whoa, whoa Let's hear it for the boy" Columbo, you're a retired detective. What do you make of these coincidences? Do you trust Dan and Skipper? Perhaps we could have a speed build competition? This is looking more and more suspicious. I say search Stinky and his stuff! You have gotta be joking Capt'n. It's Budweiser. :-X US beer is weaker than wombat wee.... Pour us some whiskey, then and let's start making bulldozers! *sweet*
September 18, 200717 yr Author Pete tells the Captain, "It does not appear that we can open container #3 with the heavy duty padlock and steel enforced walls. #6 appears to have an electronic locking device. Looks like some sort of four digit code. One has to careful attempting to unlock these types of locking mechanisms. Entering the incorrect code can render the mechanism useless".

Aw, nuts. >:-( What do you say we search Stinky's body and his stuff? >:-( and other questions I've asked you... ( :-P )
September 18, 200717 yr Author Columbo, you're a retired detective. What do you make of these coincidences? Do you trust Dan and Skipper? Well, I'm not too sure. Dan, could you maybe provide some information in regard to this gold coin? Have you seen it before? Whispers to Captain: They do seem to be sincere about discovering the damage to their radio. "Oh, and BTW" - looking at Gene, "Have you changed your clothes? You look a bit different to me".
September 18, 200717 yr Well, I'm not too sure. Dan, could you maybe provide some information in regard to this gold coin? Have you seen it before?Whispers to Captain: They do seem to be sincere about discovering the damage to their radio. Whispers to Pete: Why wouldn't they seem sincere either way? Nice detective work, dingbat! *wacko* *sing* Say! Shouldn't we search Stinky's body and his stuff!!??
September 18, 200717 yr Author Why wouldn't they seem sincere either way? Nice detective work, dingbat! *wacko* I don't know if the Skipper and Diver Dan are telling the truth, but in regard to them discovering the damage to their radio, unless they are both very good actors, they seem to be just as surprised as we are in discovering the damage. This leads me to believe that someone else (a member of your crew or even Stan) may be the saboteur. I truly need more information to draw a good conclusion.
