Posted August 10, 20159 yr Hi all! This is the last castle that I've done. I hope you like it. Regards!
August 10, 20159 yr This is great! It's nice to see a cool fort for the Wolfpack. I really like the way it feels integrated into the forest and the play feature of being able to open up the back and look inside the tower.
August 10, 20159 yr This immediately reminds me of the many small fortifications I've visited in the south of France. The overall shape of the walls and little towers on this mountain ridge looks fairly realistic. Speaking of realism: the grass, little trees and random stuff is also spot-on The fact that the tower hinges open is really cool too! My only complaint is that those baseplates are plain apart from the build, but that doesn't matter that much. Great build
August 10, 20159 yr Author Thanks for the coments! The truth is that bears some resemblance to the Cathar castle of Puilaurens ...
August 10, 20159 yr Awesome! glad to see you on eurobricks! Been following you on instagram. Pictures look great, this is a really nice castle youve built.
August 11, 20159 yr Lovely castle! Way more historically accurate than most LEGO castles built nowadays, and the opening keep is a wonderful feature
August 11, 20159 yr Great build. I love how the walls follow the rocks, good work on that. The opening keep is a very nice feature. And I have to say: that face with the red cheeks is perfect for a drunkard!
August 12, 20159 yr This is awesome! I wish I would've had something like this for my wolfpack when I was a kid.
August 12, 20159 yr Really nice work. I like it a lot. I especially like unexpected details like the greenery inside the walls that make it a bit more realistic.
August 23, 20159 yr Great! It's "simple", very good reproduction with very nice green touch. I liked! Congrats!
