cosmic Posted October 3, 2022 Posted October 3, 2022 I’d love to see Cloak, Dagger, Songbird, Tigra, Namor, and Beta Ray Bill in comic form some day. I’d love for the classic Thor to have the dual molded helmet/hair mould we know he needs. I’d love for a new element to be made to depict Captain America’s classic cap with the angel wings molded on the side and not printed on. That’d be nice to see as well. classic and contemporary comic designs for Vision, Scarlet Witch, Ant-Man and the Wasp would also be stellar. Wasp in black/yellow for the classic and her red/black Marvel Now suits (seriously one of the best comic redesigns ever) for the contemporary figures would be dope. Ant-Man would have the greyish suit for classic and black red from Marvel now and finally we sorely need new X Men sets. I am in desperate need of Lego X Men content I hope we eventually get a wave when they make their MCU debut. also Squirrel Girl and Silver Surfer for the love of god already Quote
Mandalorianknight Posted October 3, 2022 Posted October 3, 2022 I'm bored so I'm gonna throw out a wishlist in the style of my SW ones. I just want another lego daredevil, preferably in a set under $350. I don't even like the gold on the suit (I like comic accuracy, but some things don't fit their characters anymore. Batman doesn't go around in a bright blue cowl anymore. I think the show should have should have either make a joke about DD not realizing his suit had gold on it, or explained it was to disguise DD so it wouldn't be as obvious that he and Matt Murdock both went to LA at the same time.), but I'd buy anything daredevil related. I liked the qoute sets, so here's some more: Iron Man is born ($49.99): Build of the terrorist cave with a box of scraps. Comes with the MK1 and 2 ten rings terrorists. Qoute is "Don't waste it...don't waste your life, Stark." Daredevil ($79.99): (spoilers for Daredevil season 3) Spoiler Fisk's apartment with the staircase, table, and painting. Comes with Daredevil, Dex, Fisk, and Vanessa. Quote is "You will go back to your miserable cell, knowing that you will never have her. That this city rejected you, it beat you! I BEAT YOU!" Ragnorak ($69.99): Thor, lightning coming off him, on the rainbow bridge in front of a microscale asgard. Quote is "what were you the god of, again?" JVM Posted October 15, 2022 Posted October 15, 2022 I really, really want to see a few legacy Thor sets. I'm not the biggest fan of the movies in specific but there are so many characters I think would make super cool minifigs, whereas I think Iron Man's cast is pretty rounded by now and Cap's missing a few First Avenger characters but still has more options overall. Odin's Vault ($19.99) Build Odin's Vault! Artifacts include the Tesseract, an Infinity Gauntlet, the Eternal Flame, the Casket of Ancient Winters, and the Crown of Surtur. Prevent the frost giant Laufey from ruining the Asgardian ceremony and robbing the Vault! Includes Odin, Heimdall, Laufey, and Thor minifigures! Dark Elf Attack the Throne Room! ($29.99) Build Odin's Throne Room! Secret weapons hidden under the throne! Includes Thor, Jane Foster, Frigga, Kurse and Malekith minifigures! [ I am imagining this being a larger, more complicated build than the vault despite how simple it sounds here.] Destroyer Attack on Earth ($69.99) The Destroyer from Asgard as a buildable, articulated figure! Also includes Jane Foster's research vehicle! Includes Thor, Dr. Selvig, Darcy, Volstagg, Fandral, Hogun and Sif minifigures! Fall of the Valkyrie ($99.99) Valkyrie vehicle with room for one pilot minifigure and at least one standing minifigure and a bombing feature plus firing missiles Very small build for the Control Tower. Includes Captain America, Red Skull, Peggy Carter, Chester Phillips and Howard Stark minifigures! Alternate heads for Steve Rogers and Johann Schmidt. I couldn't come up with a fake set description but a set with Bucky Barnes, Gabe Jones, Dum-Dum Dugan, and Armin Zola would be great to finish off the First Avengers characters; you could use the train sequence to justify those characters, tempted to add Zemo for fun since he was in that sequence in the comics but not the film... A set based on the battle in Harlem with Betty Ross, General Thaddeus Ross, Emil Blonsky and Samuel Sterns minifigures plus Hulk and Abomination bigfigs would be great as well. Alexander Pierce and Brock Rumlow (Shield), Baron Zemo, Janet van Dyne, and Everett Ross are also characters I'd like to see but can't imagine fitting more than any one of them into the same set unless we did a time Heist set with the first two. Mandalorianknight Posted October 18, 2022 Posted October 18, 2022 (edited) I've been sitting on this one for over a year, but I think I'm finally going to start designing it: Hell's Kitchen ($299.99): Built on a 32x32 baseplate. The first floor is mainly Fogwell's gym, but with a separate staircase up to the second floor on one side, with the Nelson and Murdock sign out front. The second floor is the offices of Nelson and Murdock, with a common area, kitchen, conference room, and Matt's office. There is a spiral staircase continuing up the third floor and to the roof. The third floor is matt's apartment, with his main living/dining area and bedroom. The roof has the chimney Matt's chained to alongside other things. There is, of course, a nice alleyway around back. I might also try to integrate a long hallway on the first floor, because... of course. Figures included are: Matt Murdock (suit), Daredevil, the Man in the Mask, Foggy Nelson, Karen Page, Kingpin, Melvin, Owlsley, the russian, Ben Urich, Father Lantom, the Punisher, Electra, Stick, Nybo, Agent Nadeem, Vanessa, Dex, 2 Fisk thugs, and 2 Hand ninjas. Just a few ideas they could go with: Weapon X Facility Small build of the lab with a Weapon X version of Wolverine as well as another villain like Sabretooth or Omega Red. Mini-Jet May or may not show up in X-Men 97 but the mini-jet is the small blue and yellow fighter seen frequently in the original animated series such as the Days of Future Past episodes. Sentinel Similar build to the new 76206 Iron Man Figure that was just unveiled but with a head more along the lines of Ant-Man/Ares. The Blackbird Larger and more detailed version of the set that came out in 2014. The interior should have enough room to seat all eight members of the team. X-Mansion Don't think this one necessarily needs to be a fully enclosed modular. Something similar to the open-back dollhouse approach that Arkham Asylum and Joker Manor took would be fine. Exterior would be based off the facade seen in the cartoon while the interior would contain the subbasement locations such as the War Room, Danger Room, Beast's Lab and Infirmary. As far as the minifigures go the main ones I'd like to see covered first are: All eight members of the core team (Wolverine, Cyclops, Storm, Jean Grey, Beast, Rogue, Gambit and Jubilee) along with the Professor The primary villains of the show (Magneto, Mystique, Sabretooth, Juggernaut, Apocalypse and Mr. Sinister) Any notable guest stars that appear such as Nightcrawler, Iceman, Colossus, Archangel etc. Ditto. When will we ever get another new member of the X-men? Sigh. Quote

Also how has this thread had no traction since last year? We're near the end of 2023!! Well for now we only really got Beast as a new X-Man but that's still an exciting update to this comment. So here is my personal wish list for a comic based CMF Series. We got 3 cartoon/comic accurate figures in the X Men for Series 2. I previously thought we'd never get comic accurate figures in a cmf series but here we are. You could even say Werewolf by Night was comic accurate since his debut did have him bearing half torn green pants/green shorts. Even if the concept art for his slacks being blue ends up being wrong and he is given green slacks in the colorized version, bearing this figure MCU accurate, there is still a case to be made for using Werewolf by Night in a comic based setting. The bloodstone definitely solidifies him as an MCU figure but I personally feel fine displaying him with comic based figures (I traditionally display MCU and comics separately). But anyways now that there's hope I'll give my personal wishlist; Silver Surfer - I know this may be a controversial choice but the latest inclusion of Tiana in the Disney castle (plus Donald Ducks in the first castle) have proven that we can still get a CMF figure in a probably expensive set down the line lol. Jessica Drew 616 Spiderwoman - so I want a few versions of this character. I would love to see her with the spider web wings under her arms maybe using the arms that the bat figures have? I say that could I truly feel her "normal" variant should be in a set. Needs dual molded arms and legs along with printing on arms legs and hip piece. Cloak - I've had a hard time pinning what set I would place him in. I initially felt he (and Dagger) should be in a set with Spidey vs who knows, but now feel he'd be an exciting figure to collect in a cmf series. Dagger - See above. Could be good for sales that she would be seen as incomplete without Cloak by many fans so there is already some collectibility to them there. Dark Phoenix - While she would also probably do great in a set, she needs dual moulded arms and legs with printing to match, then her getting produced in a set with 1 or both of those features missing (cause we know they don't always give figures in sets the attention to detail they need) Bishop - He'd be great in a set but since he needs a new hair piece once again budget should allot to that which he may not otherwise get. 90's suit Sunfire - in his debut suit with mask mould Banshee - Giant sized X Men suit with the wings being a cloth element Enchantress - could use Scarlet witches hair mould or new mould Arnim Zola - new mould for whatever you call what's on top of his neck. His "head" Super Skrull - new mould(s) for his arm(s) please, possibly for his ears too, sure how I feel about the Genies piece being used Classic Starhawk Quote

Matichado Posted March 1, 2024 Posted March 1, 2024 Here are my wishlist for a few “comic” based sets: 1st 18$ Spider-Man vs hobgoblin: includes Spider-Man (big times suit) new hobgoblin with glider and a little museum like exhibit with some ancient relics that hobgoblin wants to steal 2nd: spider-man vs the rhino 60$: includes spider-man (regular classic suit with dual molded legs) squirrel girl Mary Jane and a big fig rhino the build would be a construction site similar to the one from 2015 3rd: Spider-Man and Deadpool vs taskmaster 40$: indirectly based on ultimate Spider-Man so parents to complain about Deadpool’s inclusion includes classic suit Spider-Man Deadpool classic comics suit (I really like the Fortnite version of Deadpool so let’s say they use that as reference) task master and a taskmaster goon with jet pack the build would be a little camp site with a lot of devices since this is meant to resemble ultimate Spider-Man’s “ultimate Deadpool” episode. 4th X force skydive juggernaut battle 120$: similar to Deadpool 2 but with comic minifigs and some changes, Deadpool (x force suit) wolverine (x force suit) cable, domino, colossus and a big fig juggernaut the build would be a large cargo plane that can hold all of them and has a back opening hatch so the x force Can jumó out. 5th Alchemax 160$: includes kingpin (with Harrison’s body piece and regular legs not short nor mid) black suit Spider-Man daredevil (same as the bugle) bullseye lizard comics (regular Minifig) dr connors scarlet spider am alchemax scientist and the jackal the build would be a tall building with kingpins office, a room where you can turn dr connors into the lizard an entrence room etc 6th Spider-Man suit hall 50$: includes Spider-Man (classic suit with dual molded legs) , future foundation spider-man (with side leg printing), electro proof suit and comic book electro D2C: X men Mansion: re used figures: beast, wolverine (blackbird) cyclops (blackbird) storm (cmf) magneto classic suit Deadpool (from the set I mentioned above) colossus (set mentioned above) rogue (blackbird) juggernaut (set mentioned above), forestar (daily bugle) new figs: sabertooth, profesor X, Jean grey, gambit, quicksilver, mytsique, scarlet witch (comics version) and iceman Quote
CF Mitch Posted March 2, 2024 Posted March 2, 2024 (edited) Wow, it's amazing how much of my former wishlists has come true, so far. The X-Mansion is still at least half a year away, but still, I'm so thrilled it's finally happening On that note, I'd like to share my expectations for the upcoming D2C Xavier Institute - Two level building, spread across two 32x32 baseplates. Ground floor: Cerebro chamber (dark blue walls), Danger Room and/or War room (both also with dark blue walls), two class rooms, cantina/kitchen & dining area. Second floor: bedrooms, a bathroom, Xavier's study - The outer walls feature a piece that can be removed, to make it look as if Juggernaut ran through it - Exterior grounds: trees, fence, bench(es), rubble and dirt piles - Minifigures: Prof. Xavier in brickbuilt, yellow hover chair; Jean Grey; Angel; Iceman; Psylocke; Colossus (still not sure if he should be a bigfig or not probably not); Nightcrawler; Polaris (with diadem/crown); Mystique; (white outfit); Pyro & Juggernaut (bigfig). calebcold3 Posted March 4, 2024 Posted March 4, 2024 (edited) Here's some sets that I would Love to see: Guardians of the Galaxy Hallway Battle ($99.99) Minifigures: Star Lord, Rocket, Groot, Gamora, Blurp (new mold), Drax, Mantis, Nebula, 2x High Evolutionary/Orgocorp Guards. This set would be like No Way Home Final Battle and A-Force Endgame Final Battle sets. There would also be 2x builds of the High Evolutionary's Hell Spawn. Oscorp Building ($349.99) Minifigures: Spider-Man, Peter Parker, Norman Osborn, Harry Osborn, Mary Jane Watson, The Lizard, Miles Warren, Spider-Man 2099, Scarlet Spider, Kraven the Hunter, Electro (comic based), Silver Sable, Spider Woman (Jessica Drew), Eddie Brock, Shocker, The Chameleon, Elektra, Officer Jefferson Davis, Captain George Stacy When the Daily Bugle sadly retires, an Oscorp building would be the ideal option for the next Spider-Man modular. I see it having 4 or 5 stories. Edited March 22, 2024 by calebcold3 Quote
CF Mitch Posted March 4, 2024 Posted March 4, 2024 I thought of another set. This one would be an addition to the X-Mansion Defense against Sentinel - Brickbuilt Sentinel like the one from the first X-Jet, but bulkier. Some surrounding such as trees, plants and/or rocks or piles of rubble. -Minifigures: Emma Frost, diamond form); Gambit; Shadowcat Regards, Mitch Quote
calebcold3 Posted March 22, 2024 Posted March 22, 2024 (edited) Here's some Ideas I would love to see in 2025: Ant-Man Construction Figure with Ant-Ony ($69.99) This set would be like the Green Goblin figure and his Glider/The Batman figure with the Bat-Pod coming out this summer where it's a buildable figure attached to a Build. I know people HATE the Buildable figures (I have mixed feelings, I like some of them, I hate some of them) BUT I'm imagining a better built version of an Ant-Man buildable figure (with a better mask) and a good Ant-Ony build. Infinity War Titan Battle ($109.99) Minifigures: Iron Man (Mark 50), Iron Spider-Man, Doctor Strange, Thanos, Nebula, Drax, Mantis, Star Lord This would be another set like the No Way Home Final Battle and A-Force Endgame Final Battle sets. X-Men '97 Advent Calendar ($44.99) Minifigures: Wolverine (with Christmas Sweater), Cyclops, Storm, Magneto, Professor X, Beast (With Christmas Sweater) Some builds could be a mini X-Jet, a mini X-Mansion, a Christmas themed Xavier wheelchair, etc Iron Man 3 Hall of Armor ($79.99) Minifigures: Tony Stark, Pepper Potts, Iron Patriot, Maya Hansen, Aldrich Killian, Iron Man (Mark 42), Iron Man Piston Armor (Mark 31) This could connect with 76125 and 76216 and could include the giant Bunny, and a record player to attach to the Hall of Armor. I could also seeing this being able to be attached to a future D2C Malibu Mansion. Stormbreaker ($159.99) Minifigure: Thor (Infinity War/Beginning of Endgame) I imagine this to have a display stand not only for Stormbreaker, but for the Thor Minifigure, just like the Mjolnir set. Miles Morales' Mask ($69.99) Yes, this is pretty much 76285 but it being Miles' mask, but I think it would look great next to that set and the Venom and Carnage heads. Spider-Gwen Construction Figure ($29.99) Pretty much the only construction figures I like are the ones like Spider-Man, Iron Man where they don't have some uncanny valley looking features. I think Spider-Gwen would go along well with the Spider-Man, Miles, and Venom Construction figures. Edited March 22, 2024 by calebcold3 Quote
Felkin Posted March 29, 2024 Posted March 29, 2024 The Fantastic Four: Baxter Building Cosmic Lab Mr. Fantastic (Ms. Marvel / Elasti-Girl arms), Invisible Woman (semi-transparent minifig), H.E.R.B.I.E. (brick-built) Small starter set with an art-deco sixties computer console for Reed, and a scanning booth for Sue where her powers are being tested. The Fantastic Four: Silver Surfer Skirmish Human Torch (flame on, power blast flames), Invisible Woman (visible, transparent shield pieces), Silver Surfer Fantasti-Car vehicle (with flick-fire weapons; it IS Lego, after all), Silver Surfer's surfboard, New York street corner (news stand announces "Astronauts Caught in Cosmic Storm!") The Fantastic Four: The Coming of Galactus! Mr. Fantastic (with Ultimate Nullifer weapon), the Thing (bigfig), Human Torch (flame off variant) Brick-built Galactus main build (ala Arishem in Eternals), Fantastic Four rocket sidebuild X-Men: Wolverine X-Force Mission Wolverine, Cable, Deadpool, Cassandra Nova Wild Sentinel main build (serves as a vehicle for Cassandra Nova), and a small helicopter for X-Force There's no way in heck that Lego will make a Deadpool set... but they might make an X-Men Wolverine set with some familiar faces! calebcold3 Posted April 26, 2024 Posted April 26, 2024 Some More Sets I would like to see that could be likely down the line: X-Men Sentinel ($24.99) Minifigures: Wolverine, Jean Grey Build of the sentinel would be similar to the 2022 Zurg set from Lightyear or however the Surtur set will look this summer. Midiscale Benatar ($69.99) No Minifigures Depends on what the Midiscale Helicarrier looks like but I could see LEGO making midiscale verisons of Marvel ships similar to how they've been doing with Star Wars, and the Benatar would be a good pick as it's one of the biggest ships in the MCU that would look great for a midiscale build just like how Star Wars did with the Millennium Falcon this year. Ultron Helmet ($79.99) No Minifigures I could see this being released next year to celebrate 10 years of Age of Ultron. It would look good next to the 2020 Iron Man Helmet. Civil War Final Battle ($34.99) Minifigures: Captain America, Bucky, Iron Man (Mark 46) This would have a black base similar to the Sandman Final Battle set where it showcases the Cap and Bucky vs Tony scene from Civil War. calebcold3 Posted May 8, 2024 Posted May 8, 2024 An FOX-Men set Idea I had: X-Jet vs Magneto and Brotherhood ($109.99) Minifigures: Wolverine, Cyclops, Jean Grey, Storm, Magneto, Toad, Sabertooth X-Jet would look a little similar to 76281 but black and a different windshield piece, and would sit 5 minifigures inside. Also would have part of the Statue of Liberty as a side build. Quote

calebcold3 Posted June 14, 2024 Posted June 14, 2024 As I was building The Amazing Spider Man ART Set, I was thinking a Venom version similar to it would be awesome: Of course, it would have a bit more pieces and maybe be a bit more expensive, (and of course I know Venom sets are a meme), but I still was thinking a Venom ART set would go hard.
