Love it! You nailed the decay, but that aside, the brownstone itself is great and youve captured the architecture and scale so perfectly this would look excellent in non-decayed form too - window surround, front stoop and gated/fence area, etc all look right out of real life NYC

I don't know how I missed this (reading EB several times a day). It's really a fantastic MOC. My friend lived in a rent controlled building that looked eerily similar to that...

Really well done!

EDIT: You might be a purist, but otherwise I'd suggest this piece from brickforge (the bottle, not the figure):

Thanks I appreciate it. I looked at plenty of photographs for reference. Interesting buildings.

Thanks, Ah! That's clears up a mystery. I saw those bottle pieces before but had no idea they where they came from.

I like this MOC. It has the kind of noir style that feels even better with dinosaurs.

Very kind.

Really excellent work. I love the profile bricks as blinds. Very clever.

Yeah thanks, I think they work well. I will definitely use them again.

Love the detail from the used syringes to the beer can and discarded newspapers and pizza boxes. Makes the scene somewhat sinister.

I would love to see some more pictures of this; it's great!

Original, and it still fits in a row of other modulars. Well, minus the dinosaurs

Keep clicking those bricks together!

Yeah it is. Lego city like any other has it's dark side.

That's the only picture. Glad you like it. Dinosaurs and all :P

Nice job on the brownstone! Those velociraptor cops are so cool too!!

Thanks :)

I don't get the part with the dinosaurs, but apart from that ... I really like the brownstone and it's decay, especially those window blinds.

Either do I...The blinds are something I'll use again.

Thug life. Cause I'm .....sharp?

Strictly east coast.

Awesome MOC man, who doesn't love a cool building with dinosaurs?

Thanks. That's my feeling too :)
