Which vehicle sets were the best for BIONICLE?

Title says it all, out of the vehicle sets LEGO gave us during G1's run which ones were the best? "Creature and rider" sets are included, as well as mechs, even if they may not be vehicles in the traditional sense. I apologize for the length of the list, vote on as many of them as you need to.

I never cared for actual vehicles in Bionicle. But the best Character & Creature set was "Lhikan & Kikanalo". Absolutely beautiful design and an incredible pair.

Hm. I'm partial to Fero and Skirmix. It's a dude riding a dinosaur.

Jetrax was neat. Streamlined with massive engines.

Oh, and Skopio. Loved that thing, even though the build was super repetitive.

I liked the Axalara and Thornatus V9 mainly for their designs and excessive amounts of midak skyblasters.

There's no competition and I doubt there'll ever be, it's Axalara T9.

And I like to keep it separate from creature+rider combo which goes to Vezon and Fenrakk.

Axalara T9 wins for flying vehicle for me, but there are others that are really close to my heart such as the Boxor. Perhaps I'm being partial though, as it was my first vehicle set and I loved it as a kid...

Also, the Thornatus was awesome!

Scopio! Sure, maybe a pain to build, but it looks great and is lots of fun once finished.

thornatus and axalara are also pretty awesome.
