I'm waiting till 4:00 EST to send the PMs, as this is when JJP will be available to send them with me. There will be no difference between a PM from him and a PM from me, apart from that he will be messaging the "Beurocrats" and I will message the "Others" so we'll both pm roughly half of the players. you can expect a PM in little over 3 hours. ~Insectoid Aristocrat
