Anyway, as Batbrick said, the chicken leg is there for a comical effect, the goblin has to run to get the chicken, but by doing so he pulls along the wagon, so he never reaches the leg. I guess they weren't mean enough to whip him. Just starve him instead. :-P Oh, and Batbrick, you a way more awesome than me! *wub*

Well since we have a 2008 castle thread back up, we might as well talk about it! X-O

What are we all hoping to get? For me it is this:

Sentry- atleast 10, most likely more

Wizard-about 3 for the owls and so I can add a couple of wizards to my minifig box.

Dwarfsmine Defence-4, so I can get eight orcs and 4 dwarves! *wub*

Troll Battlecart- hopefully 2, so I can get another troll and orc

Attack on the Tower- just one, is all I need

Dwarfs Mining- 1 most likely but maybe 2, so I can get dwarf variety and awesome peices! :'-)

Troll Attackship-1

No doubt 2008 is going to be one of the most expensive years of my life! :-(

I just love the chicken leg, never knew TLC had such a great sense of humor! :-D But this is still a preliminary picture right? I hope they keep the chicken leg in the final version!

I had not noticed the chicken leg. Definately a nice touch, but a Skeleton bone would have worked as well. Perhaps Lego plans to partner with KFC and offer new impulse Castle set in their "Chicken for Kiddie Meals". :-D

umm... :-X sorry but wouldn't that imply cannibalism? trollsorcs while mythical, are humanoids... some critics of classic literature actually placed orcs as genghis' mongols hordes.

That's like saying if a gazelle ate a dear, the gazelle would be a cannibal. Wrong. 2 different races. So we can eat as much Orc as we want. :-P :-X

Not until that's TLC's story. Besides, the necromancer would probably be the same dark wizard be already have, maybe in a different outfit.

The biggest (from the box pics) is the ship, with the mine wright behind.

I also agree with this, skellies in my opinion were a great faction, the element of pure evil! *skull*

But I guess if it comes down to it, I'd rather have new factions rather than old ones, though I would love to see a skellie fortress! :'-)

Yea, the reason I didn't mention a troll fortress was because, given thier sets so far, it would be too much like the Viking Fortress, which I recently got (awesome set btw! :'-) ) But a skellie fortress could be totally unique and totally evil! *skull*
