JJ2 Posted September 8, 2015 Posted September 8, 2015 It's that time again... It's Crawler time Today I would like to present to you my shark crawler. It uses floating axle suspension with no drive chain through the chassis. I am VERY happy with the aesthetics (it was really fun to design) and the chassis. As you can see it has a LOT of flex This is in my opinion the prettiest thing I have ever made. I especially like the front end. The all important undershot, and overshot. Hope you enjoy! Don't forget to watch the video end for bloopers Quote
Victor Imaginator Posted September 8, 2015 Posted September 8, 2015 Fun crawler) Suspension is really nice. I like design, but it looks a little unfinished for me. Maybe using colored panels and parts instead of black for bodywork will do it more cool looking. Quote

Really? I thought it looked finished. My panel collection is all black and white.... With very little red and yellow. Quote
9 fingers Posted September 8, 2015 Posted September 8, 2015 Nice crawler. Really briliant suspension. Quote

Nevermind, it's just my thirst for colors) For me looks like black panels meshing (i'm not sure it's a right word to describe) with black parts in chassies, so white parts looks apart from all other. Can you make photo with colored background? Quote
Block_Smarts Lego Technic Posted September 8, 2015 Posted September 8, 2015 I think it looks AWESOME! Nice job! Quote

JJ2 Posted September 15, 2015 Author Posted September 15, 2015 I made a little video about the chassis so you can get a better feeling on how it was made. Quote
