hey guys, i may have struck gold... or not...This guy might be selling me a heap of lego, but i want to check somthing out with you guys first.It is almost to good to be true.

He says he has a store in Lansdale Pa. (United states) but i dont know.does anyone around there know of a lego selling store? i want this to be real but he has no feedback.

any opinoins?

apart from looking on the shop book of Pennsylvania somwhere on the web ;-) I know its tivial, but its the only thing I can think off !!

I live in Pennsylvania, but unfortunately Lansdale is on the other side of the state (about 275 miles/440 kilometers away). I've not heard of a Lego store in PA, and it's not on the offical list of stores, but it's possible that he's legit. If it's a significant amount of money, I don't think it'd be wrong to ask for a couple pics of his store. Also, if legit, he might run the store out of his house, in which case it might fall under the radar of a lot of people.

Let's see here. There is no official company store there, and if there was, why would they be making private sales on the internet? That out of the way, he could mean he owns a toy store, or is just some kind of employee in a store that sells toys and can use that to his advantage.

That said, find out the name of the store, the name of the guy, get a phone number. Google all of them and look for something to confirm a connection. If you have trouble with that, pm me the information and I'll check on it. I'm good at this kind of thing.

Off hand, it sounds a bit like an employee somewhere who can either get a discount or steal things, so I'd definitely do some checking before jumping into a deal.

Out of curiosity, did you ever find out anything more?

yes thanks, i did.i did more reserch and after a day or two i saw he has been banned from ebay, later found out he was a fraud. :-( .at least i found out BEFORE i brought his items.thanks
