Posted September 24, 20159 yr Here is my entry for PTV contest. Captain Redbeard and his crew making some trouble in the local tavern. Tavern Brawl by Nikola Đurić, on Flickr His first day in patrol
September 24, 20159 yr This is another fine entry. The three-level design looks fantastic and really makes use of that 256-stud base well. The cellar looks great and even has the right atmosphere. The design and colors of the main floor are really nice and has just enough action for the available space. The upstairs is cool and features my favorite parts: the monkey swinging from the chandelier and the man leaning back over the broken bannister. And the head of the new patrol is just perfect. Nice work as always!
September 24, 20159 yr Really great build, and fantastic use of space! I really like the chandelier (is that what you would call it in this case?), I'll be stealing that one day, I like the happy guy at the bar :-) although I kinda wonder why the barmaid is not more concerned... I guess this kinda thing is pretty common place in Tavern!
September 24, 20159 yr Great build, lots to see, I like the monkey swinging on the chandelier and someone about to get slapped with a fish!
September 24, 20159 yr Very lovely scene here, with lots of action and fun details to go around. A little more story would be nice though!
September 25, 20159 yr "Your wine cellar is even deeper than mine..." Nice work! I like the way you made three floors, and the monkey is nice.
September 25, 20159 yr I like the chandelier and the way you used chains to fix it on the walls. Just one question: Why do the officers have no epolets? - they are essential for military uniform.
September 26, 20159 yr Author Thank you all! @Staslegomaster, my bad, I forgot to put them, but we can assume that they are just regular soldiers @MiloNelsiano, long story short, judge and his escort were in the wrong place at the wrong time and a guy at the door just came in when he heard the noise from the inside of the tavern.
October 5, 20159 yr I love all the little things going on in this scene. I also love the level effects. Very well done.
October 9, 20159 yr Thank you. Could you please also change title in my another entry http://www.eurobricks.com/forum/index.php?showtopic=115003 I don't know how to do that, or probably I don't have that option as a regular forum member. I've updated your title. I believe you need to be ranked at least a Knight to change your own topic titles.
October 9, 20159 yr Lovely scene! Very fun and energetic! Super well built too! Love the sweating imperial! Why are they always sweating? I've updated your title. I believe you need to be ranked at least a Knight to change your own topic titles. I don't think non-mods can (although maybe Fellows could, I don't know.)... unlike tags. ~Insectoid Aristocrat
October 10, 20159 yr Author I've updated your title. I believe you need to be ranked at least a Knight to change your own topic titles. Thank you. Good work and i love your detail!! Thank you. Lovely scene! Very fun and energetic! Super well built too! Love the sweating imperial! Why are they always sweating? I know it was a rhetorical question (ie. I suppose it was), but anyway, it was his first day on patrol and that happened. Thank you. Edited October 10, 20159 yr by Dzoni90
