Update:

Finally, all the hoses for the active suspension are mounted and routed. I can work on the main deck and mudguards. Superstructure is almost done. Inner boom sections still to come.

Back section (where the engine and radiator is on the real machine) will be a deck for a BB, receivers and compressor unit. Hoses are already there. gray for front axle, black for 2 back axles. Initially I wanted to have each wheel independently controlled, but at the end, i would have to have six switches.

Thanks Kman!

Short video of the single cabin feature. It has extendible walking grill and slideable door and inside is hidden motor for tilting the whole cabine when it is up in the air.

Please note that custom stickers (black thin windows frames) are just a mock ups. If the time allows, I will make fully fitting ones on my comp.

Dashboard of the cabin is actually printed 3 piece dashboard from the real LTC crane.

What is this wizardry? On a more serious note, only five days till the deadline, will that be enough for you to finish or not?

I like this crane more every time I see something new

Me too :) Thanks, man!

Yes, but most probably I will have to give up my "advance" 4 section boom, which should have been a star of the show. I just dont have the time to implement it properly. So probably it will be done on time, just with regular boom.

I'm anxious to see the results :)

This will be a epic entry, nice work Milan  I truly hope and believe that you get it finished on time :classic:

Not finishing on time would be like realizing your chocolate cake was expired the day after it went bad

Ooh, that is a nifty sliding door and step you have there. I also like how the interior is so detailed, I plan on doing the same with my Liebherr's cabin.

Apparently, it attracts girls with puppies. Also, great for a size comparison :)

Milan, it looks really really good!!

But would have have done anything different or added anything if you had more time??

Nice photos and crane Milan... Very good work... :)

And BTW... that's taller on the left side is the 1.st prize in contest? :P

Max...

Wow, that really is massive! For a second there I was wondering where the cabin for driving was. Awesome job Milan!

Yeah, i needed around 2 more weeks. Main thing, advance 4 section boom design and 2 jib sections. Also, some cosmetic touches.

I sure hope so!

Anyway, video is here:

Amazing. Wonderful work, seriously well done!

Thanks a lot, Nick!

Lowering of the outriggers is manually?

Yes, since i wanted to save one function in that way. Crane can lower itself and outriggers sits on the supports i place beneath them (like a worker put wooden support pads under the real one)

Stunning MOC!! Well done

Thanks, mate!

Can we get instructions please? :sweet:

It seems that size did the trick :)

Great looking entry, definitely a unique crane. I am intrigued by the mechanisms you used to have the different steering modes as well as the actuator to raise the boom. Also curious about the structure of the two stage boom. Any chance we could see some close up pictures of these components?
