Posted October 17, 20159 yr #10 - Nova Hunter Nova Hunter is the chief in the Exploriens theme He has a cool mustache and looks like a mature leader. His Explorien uniform with black hands looks awesome too. He was a cool enough character to be included in the LEGO Racers video game. #9 - Bob Bob is one of the first minifigures and is commonly used as a mascot by LEGO. The thing I like about Bob is his classic smiley face. Even though he only appeared in two sets, he is easy to build with classic smiley face, red torso and blue pants. #8 - Baron Von Baron Baron Von Baron (formerly known as Sam Sanister/Sinister, Evil EyeLord Sam Sinister, and Mr. Hates) was the main villain from the Adventurers and Orient Expedition themes. In the Egypt theme he tried to steal the Re-Gou ruby but failed. On Dino Island he tried to steal dinosaurs to open up a theme park. I like his monocle, cool mustache and hook hand. He is an awesome villain. He was also cool enough to be included in LEGO Racers 1 and 2 (though he has both hands in part 2) #7 - Tony Twister and Professor Millennium Tony Twister, alternately known as Baron Bloomberg in the United Kingdom, is a Time Twisters minifigure released in 1997. He is a villain and travels through time along with his twin brother, Professor Millennium, alternately known as Commodore Schmidt in the United Kingdom. I like Tony's mustache, leather hat and black jacket with yellow epaulettes. Millennium has the same cool hat and an awesome goatee beard. I put them here together because they are twins. #6 - Pepper Roni Pepper Roni is the star of the LEGO Island trilogy. He is a young delivery boy who delivers pizza to the citizens of LEGO Island. I like him because he looks like a cool kid. I like his printed hair and pizza torso. #5 - Dr. Cyber Dr. Cyber is one of Timmy's friends from the Time Cruisers theme. He goes back in time with him and collects hats from different times. He has a robot named Robby. He tries to alter the Space-time Continum as little as possible. He was a rocket scientist at NASA. I like his cartoonish eyes, red bow tie and pencil. I also like him because Time Cruisers is my favorite theme. #4 - Dr. Kilroy also known as Dr. Charles Lightning and Professor Articus Dr. Kilroy is a minifigure from the Adventurers theme. He is a brilliant scientist with extensive knowledge of artifacts and archaeology. According to LEGO Mania Magazine, he is Johnny Thunder's uncle. He is cool because of his cartoonish eyes, awesome beard, red bow tie and assortment of outfits featuring a white pith helmet. Plus he hangs out with Johnny Thunder in he most awesome adventures. #3 - Zack Zack (also known as Red Shirted Cowboy) is a Western minifigure released in 1996. He has appeared in seven sets and appears in all the Lego western commercials. Zack is a tough cowboy who helps the Sheriff protect the town from outlaw cowboys. I like him because of his blue jeans, a red button-up shirt, and a brown vest with gold buttons. My favorite thing about Zack is his printed white wavy hair. His head and face are used as the Ice Planet Astronaut. #2 - Johnny Thunder Johnny Thunder is the main protagonist of the LEGO Adventurers theme. He is included in numerous sets as a minifigure in each of the theme's sub-series, often alongside his friends Dr. Charles Lightning and Gail Storm . In addition to all of this, Johnny also appears in seven video games more than any other LEGO character. I like his mustache, hair and hat. He was the LEGO equivalent of Indiana Jones but cooler. #1 - Timmy Timmy was a minifigure who was first released in 1996. He has a pet monkey named Ingo. He has a pet monkey named Ingo He was seen extensively in the Time Cruisers theme until its discontinuation in 1997, and after that he appeared in many FreeStyle sets. Timmy has the best face ever with black hair hanging down, cartoon eyes and even has a nose!! Edited July 17, 20177 yr by Arctic_Ace
October 17, 20159 yr Came in expecting lots of CMF.. beautiful surprise. Nice work on the thread, you must have been a very long time collector. :) My sigfig has the same head as yours! Edited October 17, 20159 yr by santaends
October 17, 20159 yr Author (santaends) Yeah, that's cool that we both have the same head. It's my second favorite head. So what are your favorite unlicensed minifigures?
October 17, 20159 yr Can't find 10.. but here's mine! I tried to add photos, but I got "You are not allowed to use that image extension on this community." 8. Solomon blaze from Galaxy Squad (not UA)- Ahh yes.. that blue tone and printed legs. Not to mention the 2 barrel blaster. 7. Johnny Thunder fron Orient Expedition- Classy hat.. he was released when I received my first LEGO set. Never got any Orient Expedition though. I love the hat which is flipped on 1 side. 6. Jesper from Ninjago Airjitzu Temple- I wanted to say Bob from Bob's Kabob, but this was the unlicensed version. I like his oily clothes, it has a smiley face print. Not to mention the printed apron. That hat is really nice, it's in my favourite tan too. 5. Antimatter from UA- I didn't get any UA gets, but was blown away by this one. The helmet mould is really outstanding. The eyes really show. One of those mysterious bad guys. 4. Detective Ace Brickman from Modular Detective's Office- I love his suit torso print. It's not overdone, and very classy. Add the tan pants and wide brim hat, he looks good but doesn't detract too much from the modular. 3. Had to add a CMF, hot dog guy! I love a lot about him. I have a fetish with lightly designed minifig parts. Even better if there are no prints at all. They look classy. Plain tan torso. Sky blue legs. That attractive smiley face. The hot dog mould is a plus. You can take away the hot dog cover and he will look good alone. 2. Ice Planet Astronaut- You, my friend! I like your head print. I like the default face found in modulars and really old LEGO sets. But I like this more, because it has white hair swept to the side. Blue hands, such rarity. White helmet. Hips and legs of different colour. Somehow I have this is my parts bin. I don't remember owning any Ice Planet sets when I was young.. must have been one of those Freestyle sets.. 1. Santa from Santa's Workshop- My all time favourite. It had roots with a MMORPG I used to play. It was the reason for my nick. Nothing related to LEGO. I like the hat mould. So much better than the pre 2013 santas with the bandit hat. Edited October 17, 20159 yr by santaends
October 17, 20159 yr 1. Johnny Thunder, since I always was interested in ancient history and archaeology, the Adventurers theme, with it's dashing Aussie protagonist was one of my all-time favourite LEGO Themes. 2. Basil the Batlord,(aka Count Batlord in the UK) the mighty leader of Fright Knights is one of the most unique minifigs, with his helmet, unique face print, cape and torso, and he's pretty badass too, whether he might or might not be a vampire... 3. Lord Sam Sinister, I love his stereotypical dastardly appearance, the monocle, the 'stache, the battle scars, and hook for a hand, and he's one stylish villain too. 4. Captain Redbeard, because Pirates are awesome, and I was delighted when Lego remade this classic minifig in more detailed, contemporary style to go with Brick Bounty. 5. Pharaoh Hotep, Actually I really rather prefer Amset-Ra, but I never had that minifig, but still, Hotep was the first Lego Mummy, and the first to introduce nemes headpiece. 6.CMF series 3 Space Villain, nice little throwback to Blacktron, with prosthetic robo-arm, pegleg, and cool printing. 7. Ice Planet Astronaut, Yes Arctic_Ace, the one in your avatar, I also love that head. 8. Space Police II Commander: I like his green and black space suit/uniform, his red epaulettes, but my favourite part of the minifig is the head, with red to brown hair and brows, and that cool black headset, perfect for many modern or sci-fi minifigs. 9. Imperial Admiral from latest Pirates Line in Brick Bounty, since the powdered wig showed up on CMF Revolutionary Soldier's head, I always wanted to see it in a historical 18th century theme like Pirates, and there it is, I love this minifig, it's so delightfully... Foppish. 10. And last but not least, it's this bandit from 1996 Western theme: I like his torso especially, an elegant black coat over what seems to be a blue (denim?) shirt, and a green bowtie, plus a gun tucked behind his belt. October 17, 20159 yr I love that bandit minifigure. He was in the last set I bought before i entered my Lego darkage
October 17, 20159 yr Author Great picks guys! I really appreciate the photos, Eggyslav. They make your case really compelling. I really like Ace Brickman, Basil, Hotep, and Redbeard too. We all agree that the Zack head is awesome. The reason I picked Timmy #1 is because I was originally thinking of a best head list and then considered the whole outfit as well. I actually play with Timmy and he looks good in all his time cruising disguises. He always looks really happy too.

August 21, 20231 yr 1. Space Police 1 astronaut (who would have guessed that ) 2. Futuron Yellow astronaut (since all colors are very similar I won't list them all) 3. Imperial Guard soldier (I also like the blue Imperial Soldiers version) 4. Black Falcon soldier 5. Railroad worker with red and white stripes 6. Railroad worker with red vest and zipper 7. Ghost 8. M-Tron astronaut 9. Unitron astronaut 10. Blacktron 1 astronaut Honorable mention: Gingerbread Man, Cyber Drone robot, Blacktron 2 astronaut, skeleton and Aquanaut with blue flippers (and I would have mentioned many more minifigures from the classic themes if I could) Edited August 21, 20231 yr by SpacePolice89
